Austin Blake, the men who did the carpet and vinyl laying, the products, and the Service Supreme, made this redocorating project a happy dream project. Working with Austin was working with a person devoted to personal service, quality products, and craftmanship, and more personal service almost any time of the day or evening. Austin advised me on the value of the products I was interested in, helped me find the right color for the different materials, and was gracious and speedy about bringing samples to the location of installment. Workig with him was like working with family under the best of circumstances and the best of relationships. The men who came to install the carpet and vinyl were very skilled, courteous, and 'went the extra mile' on details and last minute changes..including rescheduling due to underlayment dryig problems. Everyone worked as a team in their expertise and in dealing with the changes. To use a metaphor, all the folks on this job won both the pennant and the World Series! When I have more floors to recover or when I am asked for a recommendation by friends or family or you, the reader, without hesitation and as a discriminating and detail oriented, demanding consumer, I do and will recommend Interior Vision and especially the work of Austin Blake! read more

I am so impressed with the excellent customer service and expert installation of our flooring this week. Every single interaction has been positive with Bobbie and Lisa, and the installation team went above and beyond to ensure that 1) the floors were installed expertly, and 2) each day they made sure we could cook, eat, sleep, and go about our business until they came back the next day (hooking the stove up, moving the refrigerator back and plugging it in, reassembling our beds, etc.). Due to some previous water damage, the baseboard by the sink was removed because it was damaged by the water. This crew went to Home Depot, found the correct type of baseboard, stained it to match the cabinets and installed it! So so pleased with the whole process. I highly recommend Interior Vision. I am so glad I waited until I was confident of my decision to go with them, instead of rushing out and hiring the cheapest company. You absolutely get what you pay for, and I am thrilled with my new flooring throughout my entire home! Thank you, all! read more

We recently had the carpet removed in our bedroom. It was replaced with wooden flooring. The experience was flawless! Deborah was clear with all of the necessary procedures that had to be done before the crew arrived with the flooring. The crew who arrived, there were two gentlemen, were efficient, friendly and ready to answer any questions before and after the installation. They took the time to find the right molding, which was a challenge because after the carpet was removed from the floor both of the doorways were almost half an inch deeper than expected. They found the right molding to make both doorways look perfect! They took pride in their work and it showed in their final product. The follow up call by Deborah was just the right detail that made this installation the most professional experience I have had in a long time!
