We had looked a few other places in town but most of the tile we liked was a little pricey. Today we went to the tile and marble outlet. First we were immediately greeted by Sam, she was friendly and patient as I tried to explain what I was looking for. She showed us the first option and it was exactly what I pictured in my head. She was knowledgeable, had great input and even helped us find a better flooring tile. We were able to take our tile home the same day because a lot of there options are in stock, which also means no shipping charge! We had a great experience and got an amazing deal. We will for sure be returning for any future tile needs!

The sale person, if that is what one would call him, was late opening the business. Once he was available he refused to assist my wife in picking up the 12 pieces of tile we ordered in spite of assuring us someone would help we loading the tile in our vehicle. Overall I would say he couldn't have been any ruder during our encounter. I regret dealing with this man and would strongly recommend that if you need tile or marble go any else.

The project was primarily an owner build, so between that and the pandemic it ended up being a multi-year project.  Over the course of planning and building we worked very closely with Cyndi - not only on the designs for our kitchen and bathrooms but for general design help throughout the house. Cyndi was absolutely wonderful to work with throughout the whole process. Not only was she incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and helpful - she had an inordinate amount of patience (and tact!) in helping us navigate through the thousands of decisions that had to be made. She was adept at creating a cohesive design out of our rather ad hoc lists of likes and dislikes, and did so without imposing her own personal preferences or style. My husband and I also both appreciated that she was very pragmatic - she understood that we weren't interested in building a mansion and was very good about pointing out the areas where it made sense to spend and where it didn't. Her knowledge and contacts in the business were invaluable, both in terms of the quality of the workmanship we ended up with as well as access to resources that we would not have been able to find on our own. When it came time to order all our cabinets and countertops she handled every last detail, and made sure that what we ultimately received exactly matched her specifications. I was originally hesitant to hire a designer, both because of the additional cost and also because my husband and I are both fairly practical and were more interested in function over form. We have no regrets - engaging Cyndi to help us with the project was money that was very well spent. Not only did it prevent expensive mistakes, but we love the results. After living in the house for over a year I can honestly say that there isn't anything that she helped design that I would do differently if given the chance. They took the time to show me edging styles for my backsplash and find the best color of grout. I was very happy that they took the time to show me my tile with the metal edging our tile parson suggested as compared to matching a matching pencil edging that was available for my tile. I was so pleased that they took the time to educate me and make a decision I was happy with. I ultimately chose the matching edging vs the metal.
