They clearly explained the work needed..in my case a ck engine light was flashing on my daughters 2014 Nissan Pathfinder and while suspecting the catalytic converter they suggested a tuneup first hoping that would solve the problem w/o having to replace the converter. A week, 6 spark plugs, 6 ignition coils & $2200 later the ck engine light came back on (something they told me could happen) and I had to have the cat. converter replaced anyway... which I had done @ another shop closer to home that specializes in that type work. No doubt the plugs & coils needed replacing but I just thought $2200 for a tuneup was way too expensive...the garage that ultimately replaced the converter confirmed my thinking telling me I overpaid by about $500 for the tuneup. In summary if you're in a pinch like I was and can't shop around, Two Guys Garage can certainly be trusted to do quality and timely work... just be sure to bring your checkbook cause it's gonna cost ya.

Upon arrival, Brian notified me that it might take a while to get to my vehicle as he was in the shop by himself for the next three days. Not only did he get to looking at my car that day, but he was able to replace my alternator, and have the vehicle ready to go by noon the following day. They didnt have to do this as there were people waiting on their cars to be ready and they were in the middle of some work but graciously helped me out. Marc was super friendly and helpful. He had a hunch of what the issue was after I described the problem and brought his tools with him. After about 30 seconds, he diagnosed the issue and began working. I was up and running within minutes. I asked what I owed him for his urgency and time but he refused payment. They only thing he would accept was a good Yelp review, so this is my form of payment. If I ever have issues in the future, I would not even think twice about going back for service and would highly recommend them!

He's also fixed multiple issues for me with recurring check engine lights that all the dealerships want to do is throw parts at - Jim has always been able to resolve them at a fraction of the time and cost they've quoted. I went in for a routine oil change, and when my car was returned to me, I later discovered that the…read morestaff had disconnected my dash cam without notifying me. About 2.5 weeks later someone hit my parked car. When I went to retrieve footage for the police, I realized my dash cam system had been unplugged. After reviewing the remaining footage, I found clear evidence that a staff member disconnected it during my service visit. If there is a policy to disconnect dash cams for privacy or to protect staff from being recorded, that needs to be clearly communicated to customers. I would have understood if someone had informed me ahead of time or even mentioned it when I picked up my car. Instead, there was no communication at all, which feels dishonest and raises serious concerns about transparency. I purchased my brand new car here in September 2020 and have consistently returned for service. I've also referred friends and family over the years. Unfortunately, this experience has completely broken my trust, and I will not be returning.
