On July 1st, I had to re-set the date and I pulled the stem out. They did give me a claim ticket. And that was it. I have called there and they told me they were waiting for parts. They did not call me. I called again a week later, I called them again, and this time they had told me that it went back to Seiko for repairs. They have not called me. I stopped in there today, and Beth told me that the watch was still not back as of 8/3/2026. She did say that they will call me when it does arrive. Very poor customer service on their end.

I'd asked about selling it and they would only give me $400 (hmmm - no brainer). I decided to solder it instead. I'm advising you, the consumer, to shop around on better gold prices if you're selling. Additionally, I was looking to replace the wedding band that my husband lost with a gold and diamond ring. We found one that was nice and similar. The cost was approximately $800. The receipt stated that it was a 14 karat gold and diamond ring. When I home I looked through a loop that I have and the ring was not stamped anywhere. I believe the law mandates all jewelry needs to be marked. I returned the ring to advise that I have no idea what Kt this ring is. The sales woman told me it's right on the receipt, it's 14kt. I stated it may be on the receipt but it's not in the ring. She took the ring to the office where the jeweler was and how ironic he said return the money even though the receipt states "no returns for money only store credit". Just advising, if you do business with this company, please check your product while you are there.

I am not big Jewelry person & I don't like wear rings but I do like to wear bracelets & earrings. From time to time I will wear a necklace. When I was organizing my jewelry I had a bunch of thin necklaces tangled up. I took there to get it clean & untangle. Everyone is nice. When my bracelet claps broke I went their to get it fix. The price was pretty steep but this is closest place to me. I really like this bracelet so I sucked it up and paid it. I also took my pandora bracelet there to get it clean. The funny part is that half of my bracelet is the real pandora mixes with fake one. They were able to spot it right away. While I was waiting for them to clean my pandora charm I was window shop around their store & they have amazing pieces of jewelry. Their layaway plan is really reasonable.

I had the red heart actually swapped out because I bought the ring from another company, the stone from that one was not as described and to send it back to them overseas would have been $30. I went to Boyd's and they were able to order a garnet in the color I was originally expecting for the same price. They also replaced a stone at the bottom of the heart and resized it. The art deco emerald and diamond ring I purchased from Boyd's estate collection in 2017 and it is still as beautiful and sparkly as ever. I have had it resized by them as well and it is my favorite ring I own. I could not recommend Boyd's enough and will choose them over any big box jeweler or any other local jewelers in the area - hands down the best craftsman's ship, honesty, kindness, and professionalism.
