Place was not very clean and the bagel was average. SO many great spots in the immediate area. It gets really warm in there during the summer. Not a lot of room in there, didn't look but unsure if there is even seating. I would skip this spot in the future, just my opinion. read more

First time eating a bagel from here. It's convenient to my home. So I ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel. Lightly toasted. Cream cheese and grape jelly. I was excited to try because my landlord recommended this location to me. Idk what happened. But it was a complete bust! The damn bagel was rock hard and I probably could have broken glass with it. I ate it because I was hungry. But will I order bagels from here again? No! I rather dunkin donuts bagels or from super market (Thomas' bagels etc.). Sigh. Not to me too the girl who prepared my bagel had a nasty attitude. If you hate your job so much, get an education or training, so you don't have to serve others. read more

By far the best bagels that i have ever eaten. They are mostly always fresh out of the oven hence the name International hot bagel. Crusty crunchy outside moist on the inside of yeah did i mention that a bagel with cream cheese is like 1.50 yes a dollar and fifty cents. Where are you getting that anywhere else. Like a good yelper, I came here to find the best local bagel spot and although it only had a few reviews, they were all 5 stars and it gave me so much hope. I'm a native NY'er and I know a good bagel. The bagels here are not terrible. But they're not the best bagels either. They were very bready. I've been going here for years and the food is always good however the girls behind the counter seem to get the order wrong more then right. The coffee here is my favorite in town hands down but i take a gamble when i purchase it because serving it burnt is not uncommon. Customers that came in after me would order before me on more then a couple occasions, and Iam convinced that Gloria the cashier makes up some of the prices as she goes. I like most people have a couple different things that I would order regularly. I have yet to pay the same price for the same order I have placed before. This place is right down the street from me, it's kinda dirty inside so it's used only as an emergency spot. I ordered a bagel and cream cheese today for my 2 year old cuz I was in a rush to work. He took his 1st bite and had 2 long female hairs in his mouth. Disgusted, I called and explained. I was told "bring in the bagel". No sorry, no type of initiative to bring me back. Just bring the bagel like they didn't believe me. I Walked in and asked for the person i spoke to on phone. I was denied that right and repeatedly told there's nothing wrong with the bagel. The lady wanted me to bring the hair I found, which I didn't have since I took it out of my sons mouth n kinda cleaned off my hand. I wound up throwing the bagel against the wall after getting my money back. Long story short they have terrible customer service, and the place is dirty anyway. The place is scuzzy! No napkins. They touch the Bagels with their dirty hands. i ordered raisin bagels. The worst I ever tasted. They didn't look like a bagel. Been gettin breakfast bagels here for years! Prices are great but what I like the most is that they fill that FRESH bagel up with eggs cheese and bacon! You actually get a nice amount of bacon!
