I am still astounded by how amazing Aram is. My fiancé and I gave him two different rings, one from my grandma and one from my great aunt, to meld into one. I really wanted to have an engagement ring that was passed through family, but my grandma had tiny fingers, and I wanted a bit of an update. I didn't really know what to expect price-wise or otherwise. Aram was so courteous and professional. He looked at the rings and talked to me about what I wanted. He gave me a price. I couldn't believe the price was so low. I had him write it down in case I was just misunderstanding him. After the rings were in, I was a little worried because he's a mom and pop store owner and it was just so inexpensive....how would it turn out?? When my fiancé and I went into get the ring, I cried. I fell in love with the ring at first sight. He gave me back all the raw materials he did not use. I just am so impressed by this Jeweler and I want to go back for ALL my jewelry needs forever! Small business located in an established area. You initially wouldn't think this would be a custom jeweler store and would probably just walk by it, but my mom has been coming here for 20 years and would be the only place I would come for my jewelry needs. Got my fiancé's engagement ring custom made here and now coming back for her wedding band. Initially bought a ring in a store, but decided to check this place out because my mom has been coming here for a long time. Aram took elements I liked from the ring I bought and added things I wanted to make it unique and special. He definitely stands behind his work and fixed some of the imperfections. I took my son's G-Shock to get a battery replacement. The owner took almost 20 minutes to close the battery lid inside the watch. He used a sharp tool to force the lid. When I took it home, my son said the watch was still not working. I took it back to the same old guy. He immediately accused ny son of banging the watch without even take a look. Again hw used a sharp tool to push the lid in. The watxh was still not working. Today I took it to a watch store at Ontario Mill. The guy who fixed it yold me the lid was totally distroyed and so as the mother board inside the watch. Aside from telling time, all other functions are lost. It is a $300.00 watch. If he doesn't know how to deal with digital watch, I he could have told me. I am going back next week see if he will take responsibility for the damage read more

Terrible jeweler never have. Gave him platinum engagement ring to have the stone set up, he didn't know what to do, bend my ring prongs and cracked them when I got two other jewelers inspections. If you don't specialize in setting, don't take this job. Called him told him the problem, hang up phone with no answer. At the end up, had to spend lots of $$ to fix up. The worst person ever seen. The owner deny any responsibilities for his mistakes after broke my watch for simple battery replacement and stated that he has been in business for 40 years and he did not care about what I think or review from the internet. My lovely wife took her ring in to have the small diamond reset. One of the prongs was broken. She made the mistake of not getting a written estimate. When my wife picked it up Aram charged her $164. My wife was shocked. Aram said he did extra work on the ring that he felt was necessary. My wife told him that she didn't authorize any extra work. He didn't care. He also doesn't take AMEX cards. I called him when my wife got home and he is an a**. Said for us to bring the ring back and he would put it back the way it was. Dishonest jerk. Stay away!!! read more

Being the closest jeweler to me I found this guys Shop. I was hesitant to have my $750 medallion piece with just any jewler to replicate and what another Jeweler in the past had done in 2 weeks took Aram a month and a half. Furthermore he over estimated his abilities. I told him he would need to separate the piece to make the mold of course he thought he could do it as one whole piece. Stay with me. I figure this guy knows some things being a life long jeweler. Unfortunately he screwed everything up. I paid for 2 copies of my medallion and he told me they would be 5% smaller, I said ok no big deal. This guy after having the molds sent to casting recieved them and put the 5% smaller bridge with the original Medallion disk. He had the original bridge put on the 5% smaller Medallion and the soldering job looked like a shop student class had done it. After realizing he switched up the original pieces that btw I paid 750 originally for i went back and asked him to fix his mistake. He refused stating it was a lot of work and he did't want to, just like a little kid. The 7mm center stone is supposed to fit in the bridge wich sits over the disk like medallion. He totally butchered my original bridge and created the prongs so that the stone doesn't sit properly in the Bridge. The Kicker is He wanted to charge me more money for doing the job he had already agreed to do and he didn't even do it correctly. The 2nd copy he showed me was am atrocious cast it looked like someone had sliced it with a knife and this is a very detailed piece. He refused to take it back I showed it to him and he said he didn't see it. lol Ill post a picture of it to prove it. The lighting in his shop is antiquated and very low, this guy Aram is an imposter jewler. His hand is shaky i noticed upon him handling my medallion. i should have listened to my instincs. I do not recommend Aram to do any typre of Jewelery work other than polishing. He has atrocious attention to detail. His best Days are way behind him. This is the %100 truth. I have not gone back to him nor will I. I will Take my future jewelry & Medallions to a Jeweler that is compitent, detail oriented, educated and honest like Charles Martin in Prescott Az it's worth my drive to have the Job done right. Finally Aram did not notify me when my Medallions were ready to be picked up. I had to walk in on my own and this guy seemed very nervous. He knew he mucked it up and couldn't even accept responsibility. So these Iranian or whatever he is only will do a good job if you are Iranian like him. Bottom line, this guy will screw you over, especially if you are not one of his own. He should not even be allowed to run business with such practices. read more
