Every time I go, they are slow, up charge you on everything, and generally don't care. Today, I brought in my Jeep looking for the to diagnose a problem that I was seeing, and even brought in the service bulletin update from Jeep that directly matched the problem. They told me it would be $250 to diagnose the problem (the one that is directly from the Jeep service bulletin), and then I told them I had an extended warranty that should cover that, but they couldn't connect me with finance because they don't come in until 9:30. So I would have to pay up front, talk to finance at a later date and hope it worked out. I asked for my car back and sat for another 30 minutes before they could pull it around, and it didn't even get a quick car wash. Never again. Go to any other dealership. You're welcome.

Now its my turn and my dad, doesnt greet us "Can I help you?" with an attitude. Explained what part I needed and asked if it was in stock. While I was asking my dad for the account number, Hunter sighed loudly and started tapping his fingers impatiently. When he came back with the sensor, instead of placing it on the counter, he basically threw it to my dad. I see this happen and get frustrated because let the rolls be switched around WE seem rude so i paid and left, with hunter not having the proper manners from the start wouldn't want to know how others are treated when having an encounter with him. I get those nasty or rude customers but we didnt receive what was given. Really hope this catches management attention
