I showed up for my appointment, only to find out they didn't have my windshield. I made a new appointment. I called ahead this time and still no windshield. I went in again to find out how the order was going. The gentleman said he had to call and check, he told me he would call me later. I never heard back from him either. Not the best way to do business. If you want a new windshield this is not the place to get it.

They improperly estimated my vehicle damages, they broke my door handle on my car, lied about it, and refused to fix it! When I spoke to the progressive rep on-site about it, he said it was working fine the whole time and it must have happened upon pickup.... but the shop and tow driver said it has never worked. I watched the tow driver put my car on the trailer and it was not broken then! Between progressive, this shop(a progressive network shop), and the tow truck company they are in business with - they are all LIARS! I will be filing a complete report with the Better Business Bureau as well. I was completely disappointed with their care and dishonesty! I would not send my worst enemy to this shop for any work done. THEY LIE AND DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE LOOKING AT!!

I got a full fill-up in the Tahoe and so did the big semi-truck! The semi driver is loving the cheap ($1.75) CNG - he's whipping his competitors that are using $4+ diesel.
