So I waited until today (Monday) and called to report the missing part. The young lady on the phone who told me she was the manager tried to tell me that it was impossible that the cover strip was missing rather than just telling me to come in for another battery. I returned the battery to them and rather than just giving me a cover they wanted to give me a non-serviceable battery. Which would have been fine but it need to be charged and I would have to come back in 3-4 hours. I told her that she was inconveniencing me rather than the store. t that she pulled a cover strip from another box and shoved it at me along with bag oh connector screws.
