I went to this location as I had many times before to purchase a battery. I was met outside by General Manager Bobby Land who rudely told me to stay put. After his employ took my core and noted the replacement battery info he told me to go inside to pay. Inside I met Mr Disrespectful (Bobby Land GM) Who in a LOUD tone and angered facial expression told me to get the hell out. I informed him I was told to enter the office to pay for the battery. Again he yelled and said I don't care stupid get out. Keep in mind this guy is the store General Manager. I've witnessed this behavior from him with other customers in the past. I just didn't think I would one day be one of his victims. Do we really need this behavior during these unprecedented COVID-19 times. Wow. If only all car repair/maintenance tasks should be so simple and quick! My car was starting to falter on startup, and I suspected my 6 year old battery. I drove in, they tested it, and showed me that it was needing replacement. I gave them the go ahead, went in to pay for it, and by the time they'd run my card, the new battery was installed! The technician even added a charger while he was working, so I didn't lose any of my presets on the radio, nor did we have to reset the anti-theft thing that Honda's are famous for. Fantastic Service! My car had an Interstate Battery that had died. I took it in there within a few minutes Carlos had tested the battery and determined that it had to be replaced. They pro-rated the old battery and replaced it quickly. He even ensured that on the BMW that it did not lose the radio code when you changed the battery. This place is great. As one reviewer said they close at 5pm which is there hours - no issues. I will go here anytime I need a battery. read more

Issue with car battery. Since I only drive my Mustang once, or twice a week i thought for sure it was my fault the battery was failing. They tested battery with their awesome Interstate tester, and confirmed it was a bad battery. Swapped it out under warranty in about 15 minutes. These guys are proffesional, and courteous. As a previious reviewer stated, I was surprised to find clock, and radio presets unchanged due to a charger they must have used while changing battery (Awesome service)!!
