Stuff happens and you can only hope that the shop will step up and take care of it. Not this shop, the owner refused to accept any liability, blaming the tech he hired and the shop that supplied the replacement heads. After an 18 month battle with him and his insurance company we finally had to file a claim in the courts to get partially reimbursed for the re repairs. I cannot stress enough how important it is to find another shop to do business with. You may get lucky and they won't damage your vehicle working on it, but is it worth the risk? I feel that this review need not be forgotten. I don't care how many years it has been. Hence the repost. As I said do one bad job they tell everybody.

Failed to tighten lug nuts on tires after rotating tires. They weren't even finger tight. Hubby made them come to house to tighten them. Yes a wheel could have come off if hubby didn't discover it. 2. Overfilled the oil on same truck. 3. Failed to tighten bolts on brake caliper after installing rear brakes. This failed on a trip we were on pulling a travel trailer. We had to drive over a 100 miles to fimd a place to stay and find someone to fix it. They paid for the repair. We have never been back. This could have been disastrous for us. I took my car in for an oil change. 1st they told me I was a day early. I was not. Then they changed my oil for me. Put a new sticker on my car showing next oil change wss due at a mileage less than when I brought it in. They are nice people, but they are incompetent. Buyer beware. We have not been back and do not tecommend them.

We explained to them we were on our way home, about an hour and a half away, they took a look and immediately took the car into the shop. While we waited, they removed the tire, repaired it and returned the car to us. Maybe not anything to be excited about but they didn't charge me a penny. They stayed after hours and did the job because we were a little desperate. The folks behind the counter were super, Dion and Lakota, the technician did a great job Adrian. Maximillian Motorsports was recommended to me by Auto Tech Services out of Rochester. Unfortunately, due to the experience I had here, I will no longer be bringing my vehicles to either business ever again. I brought my 2013 BMW 328i to them with a check engine light, but the vehicle was still running and drivable. Their own initial notes stated that though it had a rough idle, the car drove okay. After a two week wait and based on their diagnosis, I approved a major Valvetronic repair totaling several thousand dollars because I trusted their professional recommendation that it would resolve the issue. After the repair, the vehicle was in significantly worse condition and would no longer maintain idle properly. I raised my concerns and was eventually contacted directly by the owner, Max, who told me the car had been personally test driven, was in better condition than when I brought it in, and was drivable, although it still had a rough idle and needed additional work. Based on those assurances, I paid the remaining balance and picked the vehicle up. After a sketchy drive home the car home, it would no longer stay running at all. I understand older European vehicles can have multiple underlying issues, and I was never expecting perfection. My frustration comes from paying thousands of dollars (6000 total) for a repair that ultimately left the vehicle in worse condition than when it arrived. Communication throughout the process was poor and inconsistent, and expectations were not clearly communicated. Even the owner, Max himself, acknowledged directly to me that the business needed to improve its communication and standards. I attempted multiple times to resolve this professionally before posting this review. I would strongly encourage anyone considering major repairs here to make sure they fully understand the risks, possible outcomes, and financial implications before approving expensive work through Maximillian Motorsports.

Mike listened to what I was looking for, took my requests seriously, and quickly delivered the used truck that was perfect for my needs. It has been two years, and the truck hasn't failed me. After having previously purchased a lemon from another dealer, I practically begged Mike not to be a crook--I know, it sounds weird, but it's true--and he wasn't. He didn't rip me off. I won't say it was a perfect experience. There were a few snags along the way, but it was the Christmas season, and we should all expect some delays during the holidays. The complaint I want to make is for the parts department. They asked if I would be willing to take a used swaybar, and I said yes. What they did not explain is that it would completely fall apart in my mechanic's hands a year later. Trust me when I say that I didn't drive a lot during the first year. It was a simply bad part. Still, I think the business deserves a thumbs up overall. The fact that I was sold a good truck is the most important detail. It will be the last truck I own in this lifetime. I'm happy with it. We took our vehicle to Turner Automotive to get fixed. We were told they would contact us to let us…read moreknow what was going on with it. They did not. Their communication is horrible. We had to constantly reach out to them to find out the status of the vehicle. When the vehicle was supposedly fixed we were told we could pick it up, but the vehicle was not at Turner Automotive when we arrived. They had taken it to a dealership without telling us and they had not brought it back. We went to the dealership to get the car, it was having the exact same issue as when we dropped it off. We contacted Turner Automotive, they told us to bring it back and it was probably a part that they had replaced so it would be a warranty issue. We took the car back, we were told it was several different issues, they kept changing what they thought it was. They never told us we owed anything. They had the car for quite a while and we were still having to reach out to them for updates. When the vehicle was finally done, we picked it up and were were told we owed additional money. We would not have had Turner Automotive fix it if it was not a warranty issue. The original repair was over $3,000 and it did not need to be done. It did not fix the issue at all. The second repair was over $500. The person that told us we had to pay that said there was a miscommunication and that we had to pay it. The original repair never should have been done since that was not the problem. Turner Automotive misdiagnosed the vehicle and did not make it right on our end. Their communication and customer service is horrible.
