I'd like to update my review since my first stellar review was for the initial estimate process…read moreonly and I said I would update (but forgot). It's been 5 years and we've had plenty of people up in our attic since Rodent Masters completed our job and any time someone goes up there, I beg them to check and double check to ensure there are no rodent droppings. During this time, we have not heard a peep in the attic which is a complete 180 from what we were hearing before - it always sounded like the rats were having a party up there in the middle of the night. The process took about a month from start to finnish because the first thing they do is cover and patch all holes or entrances up so that nothing can get in (or out) and not just outside of the house but inside the attic and inside every single area from within the house. It's a LOT of work but they did it very well. Then, they came back and, in our case, because things were so bad, they sucked out all of the insulation and then reinsulated the entire attic with much higher quality material than what had been removed. Then they came back on final time to ensure there was no activity. So, I have no reason not to continue recommending Rodent Masters and I have for the last 5 years. I do think I will contact them soon though just to have someone do a walk around to ensure there are no new holes that have developed since they were last here. Highly recommend and I'm glad to see that the reviews continue to be outstanding since the one I gave 5 years ago!

When I woke up in the morning, I saw that something had been chewing on my carpet and my wooden door. This is when we started to get concerned. We called our pest company to have them check out what was happening but when they came, they simple gave us some traps where they can get stuck. Throughout this whole ordeal, none of the traps that they gave us and we bought were ineffective. Fast forward a couple of days later, the rodent moved from my room to a smaller room where my dad likes to take a nap. He woke up in a panic because the rodent was on top of his blanket. This is when I decided to look for a company that takes care of rodents. I looked up on yelp and spent hours reading reviews and ended up choosing 360 rodent control. When I sent a message, they replied right away and got me on the phone to set up an appointment for a free inspection (Thank you Lee for coordinating this). Micah came in for the free inspection and spent the entire 2 hours thoroughly checking our entire house. Our house was built in 1940 and we bought it in 2012 so I understand that there's a lot of work that needs to be done. He pointed out the potential rodent entry points, checked our attic, our crawl spaces, etc and showed me some pictures and videos for evidence that we do have a rodent problem. Before ending the inspection, Micah sat down with me and told me the issues that I am having and was honest about what needed to be done. No upselling whatsoever. He was just honest about it. When I asked him about about how much this would cost me, I hesitated for a little but I was glad that they have financing options that would fit my budget. In exchange for my peace of mind, I decided to rodent proof my house with them. He explained to me what they were exactly going to do. During the day of exclusion, George, Jose, and Santiago came out to our residence at 8:45 am. They explained to me what they were going to do and did exactly what they said. Update after a few days: Upon further review walking around my home, I noticed many spider webs were missed, even some I made specific note of for the technician. I have reached out for assistance but have yet to hear back. A bit frustrated by this but will update if/when they come back and finish their work. I use a walker,…read moreand when my foot broke through what looked like solid ground into a gopher tunnel and I broke my heel, that was the last straw. I didn't want to use poison, and I didn't want my dog affected. Just a quick kill. Thankfully I found Smart Gopher Trapping. The technician was great, and I got a text each time he was coming. It took a while to get rid of the gophers, but persistence paid off. I then opted for monthly maintenance which I just stopped after a month of no activity so I can have a landscaper re-do my lawn and install gopher wire barrier. Excellent company!
