I booked an appointment online (super easy), and only had to wait about ten mins in line when I arrived. The staff were kind, respectful and didn't try to upsell me on anything. I had forgotten about their policy to fix a flat tire for free (as long as it's an easy fix). This is a new-to-me car and I have no idea where/if these tires were originally purchased at America's Tire, but that didn't matter. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes (making an appointment matters!) and I didn't pay anything. I am sincerely so grateful. I explained the situation and was told to bring the truck over, so I drove it there on the flat tire. After I got there, they refused to inflate the tire or repair it and told me that I had to buy a new tire. I even explained that I already had another tire at home, but they would not install a used/customer-supplied tire either. If they were not willing to inflate, repair, or install my tire, I wish they had told me before asking me to drive a heavy Cybertruck 40-50 meters on a completely flat tire. I ultimately had to call a mobile tire service and pay $120 to come help me. I understand that a shop may refuse a repair for safety or liability reasons. My complaint is about being told to drive the vehicle over first, only to find out afterward that they would not help with the flat tire unless I purchased a new tire.
