After the bad day I've had these guys were the shining light of the day. I had to buy new tires today after just buying new tires because Walmart won't honor my warranty because I bought the tires through the app. These guys installed both of my tires for $25 bucks and had it done within 10 min or less! They offered me a very affordable price after all of my money went towards new tires! I highly recommend this place. They sell used tires too and include installation. Took my car in because I thought I had a nail in one of my tires due to the fact of losing air pressure. The place looked fairly busy, but staff was able to get me in and out quickly. They took off my right rear tire, checked the tire thoroughly, and advised me that I in fact had no nail in my tire. They helped filled all my tires with the adequate air pressure, and did not charge me a cent. This is why, I will be coming back to Intrepid for my future automotive needs. Highly recommended! Just come here, don't waste your time looking at other places. I blew a tire on a Sunday and this place was open. This was after one of those big corporate tire shops had patched it. It's harder to find tire shops that are open on Sunday's and I needed to work on Monday. They had a good selection of new and used tires. I was looking for a spare tire for my honda accord so i called intrepid tires and spoke to armando. I ask him if they sell spare tire and replied they do sell but he is not in the shop. He told me to go to the shop and look for hector. I went there and look for hector and immediately told him what im looking for. He immediately look for the size of my tire. He found something similar but different size. He ask me if i still have my old spare to tire for him to check. He brought it inside the shop and check it. 5 mins later he told me that my spare tire is still good and just needed a new valve. He fixed it for a very small amount. I thank Hector for saving me a lot of money. I would highly reccomend Intrepid tires and look for Hectot. read more

I bought a set of new tires for my car. The price was right and I was impressed with how hard working the techs are. Raphael and the shop helper Juan are very hard working. I had a great experience with Intrepid and so the next week I returned for a set of new tires for my wife's car. I did a lot of pricing the sizes I needed at several tire shops around the IE and these guys have great prices. The owner will order your size or brand if they don't have them in stock and they are ready in a day or two. Both visits Raphael had me ready to roll in 30 minutes. I will easily drive across town to come to this shop. A lot of people come for their used tires too, they have quite a selection. Don't think twice this shop is gold in my opinion! read more

Love this place. I come here every 6 months or so and get used low profile tires. They give me the longest lasting for my money's worth. They are very fast. Just came today to see if they had a generic rim for my car since my TC rim bent. Low and behold they had a TC rim there and only charged $40 for it. We went there and bought a used tire, 30 minutes later we had a flat tire on the fwy. We called and the owner was extremely rude, angry and disrespectful. He said he'd come and change the tire, we waited and hour and nothing! He never showed up! My boyfriend changed the tire himself (luckily we had an old spare). We drove back to the tire shop and once again he was extremely rude, he appeared to be on drugs and was super paranoid! It was a hot day and it's sad to say that I'm glad we didn't wait much longer, he hadn't even left the tire shop to come and help us. When we arrived he had his shirt off as if he was relaxing and kicking back in his office. We asked for the tire to get replaced and said we'd never return! My boyfriend had been going there since the 90's and he's never received this type of service. I'm completely dissatisfied and appalled with the overall customer service received by the owner. The staff were nice and respectful and they seemed as if they were embarrassed & shocked at the owners responses. This is not the type of customer service any person should ever receive! read more
