Simply put, Jimmy and his team did a magnificent job with a unique piece--the ring looks amazing, it protects the emerald perfectly, and he provided excellent customer service and what seemed like a very fair price. He wouldn't begin making the ring until I insured it, which showed he truly cared about my satisfaction and his own liability (the mark of a responsible business) and he provided reliable estimates of the time it would take when I would call. I then returned 6 months later to purchase our wedding bands. Once again, he recommended a really beautiful band with tiny diamonds around it to make the emerald ring pop, and set me up with a standard gold band, without upselling us at all. Once again, the customer service was excellent. I found Jimmy to be professional yet personable, and fair and firm in his dealings, which helped me really trust him within an often shady industry. Would highly recommend, especially for a custom job.
