Wow!

Another great meal with air conditioning!!!!! Yay Invita! And always great service! House wines are so good, but the wine list is also impressive! Started with splitting a Caesar salad. Followed by the best bread and dipping sauce here. Deb had pre birthday pasta with meatballs and i had the famous chicken piccata! Ended by the chef delivering a nice shot of house made limoncello! The place to be. Note to any holders of the passport card, not accepted at dinner.

This is a great restaurant in Cabo. The service was beyond excellent from the moment we stepped foot in the door. The ambiance was excellent and very chill and laid back. The food and drinks were delicious as well. The sangria and tiramisu were the best that I've ever had.

The food is very good in the ambience is lovely overlooking the beautiful park at night. I've tried a few dishes here with them all being very good, but nothing compares to their amazing signature lasagna. The Cabo passport, which gives you two for one deals on many restaurants is only valid here from 2 to 5 PM which is a pretty stupid time to eat on vacation in Mexico.

The ambience is intimate, warm, and upscale. The service was excellent. The wine, the Ivinta house red, was delicious and the price was fair. We loved the different breads in the bread basket. The Carpaccio Di Terra, the arancini were delicious. The pastas that we tried were good, not great. The Fasolari tasted great, pasta was cooked perfectly, but the clams were so chewy, it was impossible to eat them, I just ate around them. The Penne Al Salmone had a smoky flavor due to the salmon being smoked rather than fresh, it was not what my husband was expecting. Our daughter loved her simple penne pomodoro. We left full and happy. Fewer menu items that are all excellent would be my preference, rather than hit and miss with such a huge menu.

Amazing spot for a lunch. They can accommodate small groups or larger. The ambiance is fantastic and restaurant is clean. I had the sausage and broccoli pasta it was delicious. My server Diego was attentive and kind and his English is great. I would recommend this place to anyone and I would absolutely come back.

Italian in Cabo?? You have to try this restaurant. I will go this far as to say it is amongst the top 3 places to eat at in Cabo. The service is impeccable, the Ambiance is really relaxing, and the food is so good!! I will definitely be coming back here again. Best Passion Fruit Margarita I have ever been served. Try it!

The food is amazing. The service is amazing. The only negative was the drinks were expensive. I asked for sparkling water and I got a big bottle instead of a smaller Topo Chico. Not there fault my bad though. I would definitely go back in a heartbeat. Can't wait to got back to Cabo to eat here. Gnocchi is made in house. The spaghetti and meatballs were better then grandmas

If your looking for a special occasion night out in Cabo or a date night romantic spot this is the place to go! My husband and another couple wanted a nice night out to have dinner before leaving Cabo the following day and we couldn't have made a better choice. The food is absolutely amazing and having a husband who is Italian and is extremely picky about his Italian food is always a struggle but Invita did not disappoint! Upon arriving our sommelier Simon pointed us to a great wine that would pair well with our meal and we loved it! I suggest you ask for his recommendation for your own meal as well. We will definitely be returning to Invita when we come back to Cabo in August!

Caesar salad and lovely bread basket.

The Habanero linguine is the thing to get here though! Wow! Our friends also had the lobster risotto. I added some anchovies to the lobster risotto & really set it off. The ravioli they gave each person, before the main meal comes out, is amazing! The signature cocktails were really light. Couldn't taste any alcohol. So consider that, depending on your preference. Great place. Highly recommend.

We dined at the Casa Martin location in Cabo San Lucas, which is a little ways from the center of…read moretown. The decor is beautiful, and it's a larger restaurant with lots of seating options. It was just me and my husband, but there were quite a few larger groups dining while we were here. The service is wonderful. We had two main waiters, both of whom were kind, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. The cocktails and the wine we ordered were wonderful. I really loved the cocktail we ordered! Our dining experience was nice, but the food we ordered was just okay. I wouldn't call it some of the best of Cabo. Of our six dinners in Cabo, I would say it was probably our second to least favorite. But, that's not saying it was bad! It just wasn't on par with the other restaurants we dined at. First, I told the restaurant both when I made the reservation and when two different people at the restaurant inquired about food restrictions that I could not have cheese. The first thing served to us - an amuse bouche - was heavy on the cheese. It was a rather large ravioli, which was much larger than a normal amuse bouche -- and it had cheese inside the ravioli, a cheesy sauce, and cheese grated on top. So I could not eat a bite of it. My husband said it was just okay. The best thing we ordered here was the aguachile. It was beautiful, colorful, artfully presented, and absolutely delicious. So fresh, and well prepared. Loved it! Our main courses, however, were a little disappointing. They tasted fine, but ate more like the kind of main course you would order at a chain Italian restaurant in the US: heavy, chewy, and generic. But my personal saddest moment was when the churros arrived. I love churros, so very much. These looked beautiful, but when my husband and I cut into ours, they were all raw on the inside. So the flavor outside was delicious but we couldn't eat more than the ends of the churros. Overall, I enjoyed the experience of dining at Casa Martin... I just wish the food was better. I am hoping it was just an off night, and I look forward to revisiting this restaurant on a future visit to Cabo and hopefully having a better meal (but the aguachile was seriously so good - order that!).

Ambiance: The restaurant is located right next to the beach nestled with two other restaurants. It was a bit windy, but it was an incredible view for us (see photo). Staff: From the hostess to our server, the wait staff was incredible! Lots of personality & friendliness the whole dining experience! Dining: We ordered: -Maze (baba ghanoush, hummus, jacoque with chipotle & pita bread) ***The Maze was very nice. Three distinct flavors that were all incredible. However, the pita left a lot to be desired. It was too thick...almost like a shortbread. Don't think that you will get an actual pita bread...it was not that at all. Now, it was still edible & paired nicely with the three dips, but it is not pita. -Falafel with Greek Sauce Yoghurt ***The falafel was very nice & paired nicely with the yoghurt! There was a small pile of green salad as well. -Chicken Shwarma with coleslaw salad & potato & garlic dressing ***I do not recommend this dish. The chicken was not seasoned & the coleslaw did not have enough bite. The tortilla it was wrapped in was also just very average. The dressing was not "garlicky" enough either. This is not your traditional Shawarma you would get from "Halal Guys" for example. -Lamb & Beef Kofta with greek yoghurt dressing & curry ***This was incredibly delicious! The Kofta was seasoned to perfection & was cooked perfectly! It had the same yoghurt dressing as the falafel & unfortunately the same green salad on the side. So, I'll take a little bit off of that, but I definitely recommend the Kofta! -Arabic Sweets Trilogy (baklava, bridal fingers, & graibes) ***I really wanted the trilogy, but unfortunately they only had the baklava. This was their interpretation, but it was good! It was crispy & flaky as it should be & they paired it with a nice vanilla bean ice cream. Since they did not have the trilogy, they brought out two plates with two pieces of baklava on each plate to make up for not having the trilogy. Thanks for trying to make it right! Overall, I'd recommend with the caveats above in mind. The location is beautiful...we watched the sunset fall over the boats in the harbor...breathtaking!

After spending a few days in Cabo and trying to avoid the overpriced tourist traps, we decided to…read moretry Apostolis. It was not loud and crowded like all the other spots. Prices were also much more reasonable. We talked to the person in front of the restaurant because he was actually polite and not pushy like all the other "sales" guys on the Marina. He told us about the different options they have for cooking fresh caught fish. We caught a nice yellow fin tuna the day before and the restaurants offerings sounded pretty good. We gave them our fish, and chose to have them make the tuna 3 ways. They brought out complimentary pistachio bread with olive oil and vinegar as well as pita bread and garlic hummus. Both were pretty good, but nothing amazing. After that, our first tuna course came out. It was a crudo style dish with Parmesan cheese, capers, and a vinaigrette. It was absolutely delicious and i was very surprised that the cheese went with the fresh tuna. I am usually opposed to pairing dairy with my seafood. But this just worked and I could have eaten the entire tuna prepared this way. Then came a grilled preparation of the tuna with a light tomato, zucchini, and olive sauce. It was paired with a Bulgar wheat salad and a beet salad. The beets were just average, but the Bulgar wheat was a perfect pairing with the fish. Lastly, we had a pan cooked tuna with a balsamic onion sauce. We though that the sauce was a bit heavy and over-powered the fish, but it was still delicious nonetheless. It came with a green salad and a garlic mashed potatoes and those were good but nothing amazing. This place did not have the crowds of the tourist traps, but more people should be eating here instead of the Americanized nachos and quesadillas at the other restaurants on the Marina. True, this place is not authentic Mexican either, but its a great change of pace from the other Marina spots.
