I have an email showing that we was told to send over the window sticker and bill of sale via email and that would be fine until the inspection was done. The weather and hours of the locations did not work for me so it took till the 8th of April to have the car inspected. I was then told by Jann, who is very unprofessional and disrespectful that the billing department was charging me a penalty but because i have proof that it was their fault she would need to submit a ticket and it would be resolved so for May, I would pay a lower amount and then it will readjust in June, but coverage was put back due to their mistake. I called numerous times to get an update and was told not to pay even though our bill was due on the 25th of May because billing did not adjust the penalty yet. I called today on 5/29 and once again she was rude and unprofessional and when i asked for a manager i was given the run around. I told her i would call back to speak to the manager by 10am and now my calls are being forwarded to the reception. I was told the same information by 2 other workers there and now being told something different today as well as being spoken to unprofessionally. I will make sure I go as high as i need to with this complaint because as a consumer, no one should be handled like this.

I didn't know anything until I called their office directly the day of the closing and was told that they would not have the policy. They assured me repeatedly that it would not be a problem and everything would be on schedule. Their agent "Jasmine" was included on all email chains throughout the entire process with the lenders. They unapologetically never contacted me, no email, no phone, no text. Nothing. When I called to speak to Jari, I was told that she doesn't take phone calls and would be unavailable indefinitely. This experience has cost me tremendously. Please, please, please. Do yourself a favor and shop around. Total disaster.
