Super knowledgeable and friendly guy with very fair prices!…read more I came to Binh with a PC that just refused to turn on despite days of attempted troubleshooting. Within a single afternoon, he had diagnosed the problem (dead CPU) and ordered the replacement parts needed to get it back and running. I was anxious about leaving my PC with another person for the first time, but he was super communicative and happy to answer any questions throughout the entire repair process, which really helped ease my worries. I'll absolutely go to him for all my future problems (God forbid, LOL), and I can't recommend his services enough!

Edit: since he wanted to misrepresent things in his response, complete unedited screenshots of conversation attached. I'm a potential customer, not a verbal punching bag. Note that he's worded his entire response as a victim, you can read the entire inquiry and decide if he's truthful or not. Update: Binh starting texting my private phone number with harassing messages. I had to report this conduct to yelp. Also I did share his messages... with yelp. Blocking someone is usually an indication that you no longer wish to receive further communication from someone. Not to Binh! He'll use your personal information in whatever unprofessional manner suits him.

I'd make it sound more…read morelike you actually sat down after leaving the store and wrote it because Antonio genuinely impressed you: I just wanted to give a big thank you to Antonio at Central Computers. I came in looking for some help upgrading my current rig, and he was incredibly courteous, polite, and patient with me while I asked what probably felt like a million questions. I'm pretty computer illiterate when it comes to a lot of this stuff, and he took his time explaining everything without ever making me feel rushed or like I was bothering him. This is actually my third time coming back to this Central Computers, and experiences like this are exactly why. They've helped me build my NAS, they've helped me repair my rig, and now they're helping me upgrade it. Every time I've come in, the staff has been kind, helpful, and willing to take the time to actually work with me. It's just nice having a computer store where I know I can walk in, ask questions, and get genuine help from people who know what they're doing And not feel like I'm some kind of bother or they don't know what they're talking about. Thank you again, Antonio. I really appreciate your patience and all the help today. God bless.

I was literally asked when I walked in if I wanted to walk out with a gaming PC that day. You would think that would be the easiest sale in the world. Unfortunately, the customer service was terrible. I spent time looking at two computers and reading the brochures, which I could have done myself online. The employee helping me didn't seem knowledgeable enough to answer basic questions or actually guide me toward the right system. Meanwhile, another employee who clearly seemed more knowledgeable was standing there discussing computer specs with the employee instead of talking directly to the customer standing there with $3,000 ready to spend. At that point, I just walked out. I hope when people talk about AI eventually taking over jobs, they're talking about experiences like this. Not because I want people to lose their jobs, but because a customer should not have to teach themselves everything and then walk into a computer store just to have someone ring up the box they already picked out. If you've already done all your homework, know exactly what you want, and just need someone to hand you a receipt, maybe this place works for you. But if you're looking for someone who can actually listen to what you need, explain the differences between systems, answer questions, and help you make a $3,000 purchase, I'd look elsewhere. Terrible experience. I walked in ready to buy and walked out with my money. That's a pretty significant failure in customer service.

All of these computers have been heavy duty, CAD (Revit) quality computers. This also includes Architectural Quality Servers. Additionally, I have ordered a few PCs from Thai for myself personally. No regrets with any of them. Full Stop. Thai understands PC Desktop and Laptop hardware/software/operating systems as well as any shop out there. Not to mention great customer service. His prices are good & quite fair. On a personal note he's a nice person too. Although I pride myself with my own diagnostic knowledge, Thai is on another level. He's my Go-To person for questions and any problem solving. Thankfully, his products have been so good, it's been rare I have had to call him for anything. Thai at ART Computers, Inc. will continue to be someone I do business with for a long time. I suggest you give him a try if you haven't yet. Here's a couple snaps of a home PC Thai built for me recently. It runs like a Swiss watch.

I really want to rely on this location for my professional and creative projects, but after…read moremultiple attempts, the inconsistency has become impossible to ignore. For a "pro-level" printing hub, the experience consistently falls short of the mark. Here are the primary pain points that continue to stall my workflow: * Knowledge Gaps & Technical Friction: There is a significant disparity in the expertise of the staff. When you are paying for professional print services, you expect the team to understand paper weights, bleed margins, and finish types. Unfortunately, I often find myself explaining the basics of my own file requirements to staff who seem unfamiliar with their own equipment's capabilities. * Online Order Discrepancies: The online ordering system allows you to select specific dimensions and finishing options, yet these instructions are frequently ignored. Most recently, I requested a custom cut for a project--a service clearly offered and paid for online--only to be told at pickup that they "don't do that here" or "the machine is down." It defeats the purpose of "Store Pickup" if the project isn't actually ready to the requested specifications. * Operational Silos: The biggest hurdle is the lack of cross-training. If the dedicated print associate is on a break or off-shift, the rest of the floor staff is either unable or unwilling to assist. I've stood at an empty counter while multiple employees walked by, only to be told that no one else has the login or the training to simply hand over a completed order or check a status. The Bottom Line: If you have a simple, standard-sized document to print, you might be fine. But for anything involving custom dimensions, professional finishing, or a tight deadline, the lack of accountability and technical skill makes this location a gamble. Until they invest in better staff training and bridge the gap between their online promises and in-store execution, I'll be taking my business to a dedicated local print shop.
