I brought my phone in for a simple screen repair, and this guy kept my phone the entire day without even fixing it. When I asked for my phone back, he actually refused to give it back to me. That is completely unacceptable. On top of that, his attitude was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Every time I asked what was going on, I got excuses and what felt like nothing but lies. The way he treated me as a customer was ridiculous. If you value your phone, your time, and your money, stay far away from this place. There was zero professionalism, zero respect, and zero accountability. I honestly don't understand how a business can operate like this. This place needs to seriously reconsider how it treats customers. I brought…read morein my custom build (5 years old) because my CPU indicator on my MoBo turned red, and I honestly couldn't figure it out, I thought it might've been the processor that wasn't seating right, thermal paste, chord issues, etc. Central Computers not only did they find the right issue which was some weird faulty reset button in my tower, they made sure to not force the wrong option on me and accidentally sell me a new processor/MoBo/whatever the most common replacement is for the error. They gave me back my computer with diagnostics fee being the only cost I paid (39 bucks at the time!) and she's back in working order! Really appreciated their ability to work around my schedule too. Great service from start to finish here at Central Computers!…read moreI went in here to buy a new PC case and was greeted right away from Amon (I think that's his name, he had glasses). He was able to point me to what I needed right away and was very knowledgeable and answered questions that I had. After I setup my PC at home, I wanted to change some settings in BIOS and change my partition from MBR to GPT, Secure Boot On, and Legacy to UEFI but had problems doing so. I submitted a ticket through their website and got a reply right away from Chi. He gave me a quote and offered me an upgrade to Windows 11 along with the setting changes. The email conversations were quick and once finalized, I gave them a call to confirm when I can drop off my PC for the BIOS setting changes and upgrade to Windows 11. Needing my PC back quickly, I paid extra for the express fee. Laila checked me in at the service counter and took down notes on what I wanted done. Later that day, I got a phone call back from their tech Keymond. He explained what needed to be done in order to get my BIOS setting and partitions changed from MBR to GPT. I ended up getting a new M.2 SSD and the next day, I got a call back from them saying my PC was ready for pick up. Keymond was really nice in explaining what needed to be done and explained his process thoroughly, definitely a friendly guy. He was really nice over the phone even and was happy to explain to me the work done in person. Service here is great from Check-In to Check-Out. I would highly recommend this place for any computer parts and service. They have a wide variety of selection of computer parts. I will be coming back for any PC needs. During this entire time, he was extremely communicative and helpful, letting me know all the things he was trying alongside the status of the machine. He also gave me a lot of excellent tips on how to take better care of my computer. On top of all that, he even mentioned that if he wasn't able to get it fixed, they would refund me out of good faith.
