The area I was able to cover in 2 hours 3islands!

I was so happy to find this gem and book a few hours for paddleboarding. The online reservations were seamless and immediate. Manny called to follow up on reservation- very nice touch. I am semi experienced, but the paddleboard care and instructions provided by Manny and amazing staff was quite helpful and so easy! I can't wait to come back now that I know they are hear in this sweet haven! Great time and so much fun!

AWESOME company & owner Manny!!!!! I called to make sure they were still open because I wanted to surprise my fiancé for his birthday with kayaking! Manny worked with me to provide the services and then some! We kayaked for 1 hour (paid for 2) because going into the next hour it started down pouring rain on us... so we ended but had such a blast kayaking to the different mini islands and my fiancé had the best time! Total blast! Manny said we can use that extra hour another day when it is better weather! BOOK NOW! I'm so thankful and impressed !

BOOK ASAP!! TOUR WAS AMAZING! Booked the sunset tour for my boyfriends birthday!! This was honestly TOP things we have ever done in Miami and in general. Manny was an AMAZING tour guide and helped us to see so much beauty in nature and our surroundings, while out on the water. It was a perfect social distancing activity during the COVID-19 pandemic and we couldn't have been happier with our experience. IT WAS PERFECT!! So appreciative of Manny's passion and guidance on this day! Thank you IPADDLE! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We had sooo much fun! The guys who work there have great senses of humor and are all around great guys. Very helpful too. There's 3 islands to visit, i strongly suggest renting for 3 hours to take enough time to visit all of them! the water is beautiful, you have to go!

You can't ask for much really. It's kayaking and at least they have a tour route. Affordable as well. Great place would come back

Manny just got into an argument on the phone with my wife when she tried to re-schedule the paddle boarding session we booked a few weeks ago. A bad lightning storm prevented a safe launch from Deering Point the other weekend. After riding our bikes from our house to the launch point, we noticed a huge lightning storm roll in. Not feeling safe in the storm, on our bikes, we texted Manny ahead of our scheduled time to let him know we aren't going to paddle in the lightning storm. Manny feels that we somehow disrespected him so he's elected to keep our money without delivering any services. 1. Why is a service provider arguing with my wife and complaining about his drive to the launch location? 2. Does Manny expect customers to paddle in a lightning storm? 3. Does Manny expect customers to wait in a storm for his late arrival so he can feel powerful and in control? I believe this is a valuable lesson for Manny in customer service. My wife would never be able to enjoy the paddle boarding experience with him after he verbally harassed and argued with her. After bringing this to Manny's attention, I told him re-scheduling wasn't an option. I'm not going to put my wife in an uncomfortable position. I suggested he could either keep my money without delivering the paddle boarding experience or he could issue a refund. Manny decided to keep the $175 and change without doing the work. Ultimately, this is a small, minor price for us to pay. We now know that Manny's business isn't professional and we've decided to buy our own paddle boards. Book with Manny at your own risk.

BEST DAY EVER! Was helped upon arrival, super outgoing, friendly and helpful. Got to watch the beautiful sunset at the island we were guided too. Will definitely be back!

I booked a double Kayak for 2,5 hrs. at Deering Estate location and received an email confirmation from iPaddleMiami. When I called them to ask about the waivers, I was told that they will not be able to deliver a kayak to Deering Estate location, even though I have a confirmation. They offered a different location which was more than an hour's drive for me, and I refused. He turned around and said, "Oh I thought you were trying to rent a second kayak, if not then you have rental to go". When I went to the Deering Estate location, there was no Kayak to be found! When I called and asked a refund, he shamelessly said you were supposed to go to the other location, I did not and he would not refund the fee they charged for a service they did not deliver. They ruined my quality time with my daughter, cost me more than half a day, and feel free to steal my money. Did not even respond to my complaints. This is a CROOKED BUSINESS.

The best part of the trip was how we had the boat exclusively to ourselves! I didn't know it'd be a private tour until the day I came. So, the boat was just a total of 3 people (captain included). The water temperature was great and the clarity was decent. We even saw two dolphins! You meetup at Whiskey Joe's at the marina and you can start your excursion immediately. I liked that you didn't need to wait around much. I was able to see some cool looking fish, a bottom feeder and a crab. You get 2 hours for the snorkeling and you're not required to wear any life vests (in fact, we weren't offered any and I didn't see any). The water is super shallow so it didn't seem dangerous at all. The water is also salty and easy to float in. The boat was nearby the main snorkeling area. The bad: The area for snorkeling was pretty small. It was an artificial reef where the fish were but outside of that area there is just seagrass and there's no living things to observe. The website says snorkeling starts at $75/pp and up but that's misleading b/c that's only the price if you have 8+ people. When I came to the marina, the worker who had me sign paperwork said that "$25/hour tip is required" when I got an email saying 15% tip is optional. My husband clarified and he said "yes, it's required" but later retracted his statement after I clarified that it was strange to give tip upfront before we even went on the excursion. However, I did already give 15% tip upfront on 50% of the value and then Zelled an additional $25 tip to the captain himself afterward. The cost for snorkeling ended up being $407 for 2 people (pricey). The interesting: The captain swam with us to lead us to the reef and then swam back and was mostly on his phone.

We spent about 40 minutes crawling at around 2 mph and only got about 5 minutes of actual speed. The rest of the ride was painfully slow. Because the boat barely moved, there was no wind at all, and we were stuck sitting in the scorching heat. When we complained, the manager didn't even try to help. Instead, she started yelling at us. She first claimed that higher speeds were "illegal" in the area. Then she also told us that the captain was still learning to operate the boat, as if that somehow justified the experience. I honestly don't understand what that has to do with the time and money I paid for. Customers shouldn't be paying full price to be part of someone's training. This felt like false advertising and a complete waste of time and money. If you're expecting a real speedboat ride, avoid this company and book somewhere else.

I think it was a really good range of drinks, desserts, and food. Even though that coffee cup looks small, that's a full serving size and it was strong! I really really appreciate that this tour not only accommodated for vegetarians but also chose options for me that were realllllly good. Instead of the cubano, I had these fried plantain cups stuffed with veggies. They were SO good and seasoned well! And the spinach and cheese empanada was also amazing. It was late in the day and we had tried to do some Airboat Tours earlier in the week but we were traveling with our dog and they were not dog friendly. We decided to stop just to check and luckily for us, not only are they dog friendly but they were doing one last tour before the sunlight was gone. Our guide Fabian was awesome. He was super chill but informative and really did a great job. Especially considering that is was late in the day and he was only able to find one alligator. He definitely tried a lot of spots and it was clear that there would normally have been more wildlife to look as so even he seemed a bit disappointed but he definitely made the most of the birds and other wildlife that we did spot. There was a second alligator and even a baby gator when we arrived at the makeshift village stop that we watched swim in the water a bit. I really liked that Fabian was upfront about the fact that the "village" was just a replica for tourists and not really a relic. He also joked that he has a TV and it is nothing like how native people live today. We had a really nice time on the tour but it is incredibly loud and we spent some of the tour putting our headphones over our dogs ears to protect her from the sound. The office workers warned us about the noise though and they were so sweet they even offered to let her stay in the office with them while we took the tour. I definitely would not take her with us again if we did another tour, but only because I worried about her little ears. She did super well with everything else, including the gator being so close to us and getting on and off the boat. We spent well over $100 after tip on the tour for two people and a dog and it lasted about 45 minutes but I really feel like the experience was well worth the price and the employees here were just so friendly and kind. I highly recommend stopping here and taking a tour with this company.
