Best pho I have come across in the twin cities. I live near other pho restaurants, but I make the extra drive here. The price is good, the food is plenty, and it takes less than 10 minutes to get to your table. I ordered today, and I got pho I believe within a few minutes. This place is always consistently good. Everything we ordered from this little shop was amazing. The pho was absolutely delicious and well packaged for a to-go order. We also tried the tofu spring rolls, the pad thai, the bahn mi, and the rice plate. We enjoyed it all thoroughly. Some places have pho broth that's basically tasteless but you won't get that here. I tried the unadulterated broth and it was lovely and full of depth of flavor. They seemed pretty busy considering it's a pandemic and eat-in is closed. The Spring rolls are quite tasty with the sweet peanut sauce as well as the bun salads are exactly what a bun salad should be. They don't skimp out on the veggies that go into it. Top notch pho broth, a little on the sweet side compared to others. The noodles are my favorite of any pho place. Also their fried rice is just that *perfect* amount of slightly greasy and crispy that I'm looking for in fried rice. 10/10 delicious absolutely will be back! Ipho one, pho ph-or all. Not bad for a hole in the wall shop tucked away in a strip mall and away from the cities/original location. The service was quick for a busy lunch period and the pho tasted good compared to others. There were a bountiful of ingredients for the dac biet and the flavor of the broth did not need to be adjusted with extra sauces. I would say that the broth here does have a lot more oil in the bowl then other pho places I've been too but it didn't affect the overall taste. Got the pork vermicelli salad and hubby got the beef sub. Overall really pretty good. They were out of the good sriracha so that would have been good. The pho looked good so will try next time. I am super excited that iPho opened a location in IGH! This is one of my favorite pho places I've ever tried, and definitely the best place I've tried here in the Twin Cities metro. I have only ever had their pho and their spring rolls, so I can't attest to anything else on their menu. The broth of their pho is AMAZING! It has a perfect balance of seasonings and umami, with a terrific meaty flavor. I usually order the P3 which has sliced beef and meatballs. It had a good amount of meat and compared to noodles, plus it comes with a good amount of sprouts, Thai basil, lime, jalapenos, and accompaniments. You can choose what size you want, from a kids size to the XL. I usually get the regular and have enough for 2 meals. Service has been good every time I've been here. The spring rolls come out super quickly and are closely followed by the pho. I like that I don't have a long waiy when I'm really hungry. If you are a pho person and you haven't made it here (or to their St. Paul location), you are sorely missing out. read more

PHO - everyone knows the key to a good bowl of Pho is the broth. I have not found a better place that serves a high quality broth than IPHO on university. This place was really good! I was visiting my friend who lives in MN and I'm from Cali. Of course I had to try MN pho. The serving size was just perfect and they had a lot of meat in their pho! They didn't have tendon though :( but it was still good! Service was sub par, it was only us in the restaurant, I had to get up and grab napkins myself and ask for the lemons we asked for earlier. The spring roll was TERRIBLE 1/10 would not recommend. Had WAY too much noodles, it basically had bacon bits and a thin piece of lettuce. Overall clean and good pho. read more

The Pho was surprisingly pretty good. It reminded me of a restaurant called Saigon Pho from the frog town area years ago. Broth was authentic and we had a decent experience. The waitress was very nice and accommodating but it would have been nice to know of extra charge for a party more than 4. Also they brought out an extra bowl of pho. Lived in CA for the last 5 years and grew accustomed to great pho, tried this place today for lunch and they did not disappoint! The broth was flavorful, the meat was plentiful and they included plenty of sprouts, etc.. we also got a grilled pork Bahn mi and it was excellent. I was waffling between 4 and 5 stars, the food is probably a 4.5, but the staff was super friendly and helpful, so it's a 5 from me. I took my wife and my mother here for their birthday dinners tonight. The service was great! Two very nice servers to great care of us. The food was excellent. All the fresh veggies and herbs made everything taste great! The portions were very satisfying, we even have some left for lunch tomorrow.
