One of the smoothest, fastest, most reliable and patient customer service experiences I have seen in a while. My kid dropped my phone in the pool and it turned off. I googled and this page was the first to come up with great reviews and the only one that said "open" that late on a Sunday night. I called and Taron picked up the phone right away. He assured me that he will be at my house within an hour. He showed up an hour later as promised, very professional and patient with all my questions and concerns. We had a small conversation arranging details and pricing and he was extremely prompt and professional. Upon agreeing to everything, I went in the very next day, and his co-worker ended up taking care of my phone screen. Never going any where else. First he fixed my screen in about 15-20 mins and it was only $85. Other places charge more and it takes longer. On top of it I have polarized sunglasses and I can actually read my iPhone screen. The last place I had it fixed I couldn't read anything. You get a bad glare. This place is the WORST! My cell phone was broken from the back but was working perfectly. I brought my cell in to this place to have it fix. They told me it was only going to take one day to have it fixed and that they were going to call me when ready. Two days went by and I never heard back from them. No one answered my phone calls. They kept texting me different phone numbers to call. I didn't get any one to answer at all. The owner later texted me that the phone was not ready yet. He ended up dropping the cell phone at my house in a hurry and didn't even give me the chance to check it in front of him.He promised to give me a screen protector and he didn't give it to me. When I turned my cell on, it was a complete disaster. Was turning on and off, super slow, I wasn't able to open any apps. They ruined my phone and didn't even offer me any compensation for it. To say the least, I just asked Arthur, the owner, to give me back my money, which to be honest, didn't even cover the insurance. Please DO NOT bring your phone to this place. Devon the guy behind the counter was really nice and recommended that I go directly to Apple because of the new pieces it would be more expensive to do it through a retailer that wasn't Apple. I've had cell phones for over 15 years and have never broken one . . . until last week. I was playing fetch with my dog and learned a valuable lesson - Never throw a tennis ball with the same hand that your cell phone is in! I knew it was broken from the sound of it hitting the slate floor. Didn't know where to take it, so I called several nearby places in Northridge, and iPhone Repair was not only the least expensive but they were also the friendliest on the phone. I took it in late on a Friday afternoon - the place is a little hard to find. It's in the building next to Get Shaved on Reseda, but it's upstairs (#104), so if you can't find it, just ask any of the shops at on the street level. Tommy was the technician who did my screen replacement. He's friendly and very skilled - it was quite obvious he knew what he was doing as he replaced the screen right in front of me while carrying on a conversation with me (no taking the phone in the back or asking me to come back later). The replacement took about 30 minutes, and my phone looks brand new! Not only were they the cheapest place around, they provide a 90-day warranty and also gave me a screen protector at no extra charge. The store is run by CSUN students, and $5 of every screen repair is donated to a CSUN scholarship fund - great community outreach program! Tommy told me they have only been open about 3 months but they have another store in Santa Clarita that's been open for several years. These guys specialize in Apple products, so if you have an iPhone, iPod, or iPad that needs repair, this is definitely the place to take it! read more

This place is great. Devon fixed my Iphone 6 in 15 minutes and right in front of me as well. He was super nice and gave a warranty on the screen after he finished. I'd been to UbreakIfix before, and they kept my phone for a couple hours and worked on it in the back, also asked for my passcode to access my phone. I swear to God, I will never take my phones to anyone else. They have fixed multiple broken screens broken home buttons and today when I walked in thinking my phone needed a new battery they did some fancy button pushing, turned it on and told me "see you next time." They could have charged me or made up something to get me to spend money, but instead they just helped me. I came in with a broken screen and a problem with my phone not charging. They weren't able to help me with the latter issue, but their customer service is great. I just feel like I have to put it out there. Even tho they couldn't fix it they didn't just dismiss me like "sorry can't fix this bye".
