I took my phone in today fully prepared to pay $150 as i was quoted from a couple places over the phone to repair my charging port. They told me they would clean it first, then if that wasnt the issue, they could replace the charging port. Sure enough, I got a call roughly 20 mins later that there was a chunk of stuff in my charging port that they got out and it now took a charge. Great service and very fast. Great service! I was sure my iphone 12 charge port was broken. Tried to clean it out myself with no luck. One night it said there was water in the charger. DO NOT GO HERE!! This is long but detailed and worth it- trust me read it through. I came in to get my screen repaired. It had once crack on it (hindsight I should have just left it). My phone was working perfectly other than there being a crack. I came here based off good reviews. I came in and everyone was sooo nice and helpful and the price was great. The repair took about an hour and cost me a total of about $90 with a new glass protecting screen on top to help. Mind you I have a shock absorbing case from spec that I put on it afterwards that has never failed me (should have had it on sooner....) I got the phone and it seemed to work fine. UNTIL I got home abut 30 mins later and there was a delay in the screen response, the pressure touch wasnt working and parts of the screen wouldnt work at all. I would try to tap to open an app and then it would delete another app as if I was pressing and holding it to rearrange or delete apps. I didnt have time to bring it back the next day so had to deal with basically having a paper weight for a couple days. I went back and the same guys were there and this is what they said: "Oh I can see the issue here. See when we replace the screens we use heat to get it to stay on and sometimes that adds air pockets but we can see this using a black light and if thats the case we can fix it" (ANYONE WHO KNOWS ANYTHING KNOWS THIS IS BULL**** but I didnt so I went with it) He replaced the screen for free and within 2 hours and I was off. Guess what- didnt fix the problem at all. Now I was so ready to write a 5 star review but at this point I was heated because my phone isnt working. Its a simple screen replacement. I have done it many times with no issues. So I went back again for the 3rd time. This time it was a new guy I hadnt worked with. I walked in a apologized if I was frustrated and that it wast pointed at him but the situation. I explained all of the above and this EXTREMELY CONDESCENDING Guy proceeded to tell me that "I hear this all the time, people come back in and say my phone was working fine before yall fixed it and now it doesnt work" Proceeding to blame me for the issues on my phone. Well listen here, if ppl keep coming back with issues AFTER you fix it then maybe yall need to close up shop as yall have no idea what you were doing. This guy told me that what the other guy said was garbage and that he didnt know what he was talking about and that they dont use heat.... He said he could replace it again but it will have the same problem (a problem that NEVER existed prior to them touching it) I said no point, they would be wasting time and material and I want a refund to go get it repaired by Apple professionally. He proceeded to tell me he couldnt give me a refund and only a manager could. I asked for the manager he said he wasnt there. I asked for his name which he provided only the first name. I asked for a number and he would not provide this. He said the manager was on vacation and MAY be back next week and I can PROBABLY reach him the following week SOMETIME in the evening. Does this manager even exist? This is highly unprofessional and it gets WORSE! This guy told me to watch how I spoke to him which is HILARIOUS when I was calm and the WORST I said was "hmmm well thats Bullshit" which 1) freedom of speech, 2) wasnt directed at him 3) youre really going to tell me what I said wasnt 10000% accurate to the situation? This guy then told me to go to Yelp and write a bad review to get the attention of the manager to get my refund. I see the manager hasnt replied other bad reviews. 1) Im owed a full refund 2) tall white boy (didnt catch his name) shouldnt be working there as he is condescending and also trashed the company and the manager to me. He said that he is "sick and tired of the same complaints about the company and the manager" 3) coming from someone that used to be a retail store manager and a multi-million dollar business owner- you should make sure everyone knows how to actually remedy a situation and be able to give discounts or refunds when appropriate. This happened about 3 weeks ago and I wanted to cool off before a review and this is still me upset. I ended up going to apple and they did say the damage was due to the repair this place did and I just said forget it and bought a new phone. Very disappointed with my experience. Went in 08/23 to replace JUST my front screen (guy asked if I wanted back down too I said no) They were very persistent for me to leave a 5 star review in store on their computer before even seeing if everything was good. On 09/13 my phone screen stopped working (never dropped or cracked the screen). Called & asked about the 30 day warranty the man said they'll replace it for free if it's not damaged. Go in & the man is telling me I have to pay $40 to fix my screen because it "looks like it was dropped" when the back was previously broken prior to even the initial fix. Do not walk away, RUN! I should have looked at the reviews before I came here but I didn't. I highly regret it now. My screen shattered and I was falsely advised it had Apple Care. Instead of paying $260 at Best Buy I came here, actually at the RECOMMENDATION of the Geek Squad! He said it'll be about $160 but if you tell them I sent you, they'll hook you up. This should have been my first red flag of MANY! We walk in and there's several children running about and jumping on a lonely couch. I walk in and nobody comes to greet us or acknowledge that we're there. We see the guys are a little busy so we wait a sec. Several minutes later and after saying Hello? A few times one guy comes from the back and takes out his headphones! I understand "whistle while you work" but come on! Second Red Flag. But I shrug it off and chalk it up to us being the only people in there (aside from the several unsupervised kids) He's nice enough and looks slightly bewildered that I mentioned the Geek Squad recommendation. So I pay and leave then come back in the hour and a half he quoted me. When I return, the kids still there, I can see the panic set in as he realizes the time. He says they're just about to start on my screen replacement and it shouldn't be more than 20 minutes (also a red flag) so I return yet again. This time it's an older gentleman working the counter, he's nice enough (def tried to charge me again despite that I'd mentioned I'd already paid) and hands me my phone. I immediately notice a message that keeps popping up. (See Photo) I asked him about it and he literally grabs my phone and dismissed the notification! "Oh, nothing!" he said. (Should've have been my last and final red flag) I was just grateful to not cut my fingertips on my screen that I literally grabbed my phone and ran. I should've requested a refund because almost immediately after I left (and in the at least a month after) my phone does NOT work properly. It only recognizes my Faceid when it wants to. The screen becomes unresponsive CONSTANTLY! If I'm on a phone call and I set my phone down it recognizes it as I've ended the call. Not to mention how sometimes I have to click my side button SEVERAL times to get it to even turn on and that fact that my screen will think I've pressed keys I didn't. Please do not waste your time or money. I see some bad reviews from over a year ago and can confirm, it's not any better. TL;DR if you need an iPhone repair, don't waste your time on this place. Do better research than I did. If you're good with after market non-Apple approved screens or if you're down for an expensive, aesthetically pleasing paperweight then this is the place for you! read more

My screen feel just right and cracked the screen. I had seriously thought I was going to have to purchase another phone. I had already went from an iPhone X to an 8 Plus after my X broke and Apple wanted $549 to fix it. It was 5pm and I was in a mad dash to find someone to fix my device. Almost all shops were closing at 7pm. The earliest I could get an appointment at the Apple store was almost 5 days later. The kiosk in the mall was open till 9pm. I roll up and drop my phone off. The tech tells me to give him 30 minutes. I walk the mall and notice this place has at least 3 to 4 cell phone repair stores. iPhone Repair Gods is the best price for screen repairs. The other guys wanted at least $50 more. 30 minutes later I was back up and running. The next day I noticed that if I use the phone without bluetooth, I can not hear at all. I take it back and the tech tries to fix it, but does not have the part and suggests I go to their other location. I knew they were backed up and it was close to closing time; but, I called them anyway. I know I was cutting it close and was willing to take a chance they could just fix whiter needed to be fixed and be done. I go to their main location and they went out of their way to ensure they squeezed my device in, got it fixed without any extra charge and I was out the door before they closed. They went above and beyond the call of duty. I was so impressed with their level of service, I brought them my iPhone X that needed the screen and the back glass replaced to their so they could fix it. I will be bringing all my devices to these guys. I have tried other places that I had a GroupOn before. Dropped off my phone because it wasn't charging, and was told they needed to replace the charging port, 3 hours later called for an update and was told the phone was ready for pick up, went to pick up the phone and the guy told me they replaced the charge port, when i was inspecting the port found it was the original charging port. Then the guy told me they opened up the phone and just cleaned it. He was going to charge me $100 for just cleaning the charge port and then he dropped it to $40 and on the receipt he scratched out the DISASSEMBLE PHONE AND REPLACE CHARGING PORT FLEX/REBUILD with a pen and wrote cleaning.... I do not recommend this place, dishonest and just money hungry for the record they never even disassembled my phone still had dirt around case edges and debris was still in my now "clean" charging port...... read more

These guys broke my phone beyond repair while doing a simple screen swap. The phone worked perfectly fine before they "fixed" it, then it wouldn't charge past 1% and just constantly restart itself. I took it to to another shop and they showed me where these guys had knocked off several components while prying the screen off. They were also incredibly rude. Here is my experience with this company. I brought them my 3 month old iPad that was in perfect working order but my daughter cracked the screen. They took 3 weeks to repair the iPad. They broke the start button and had to order a new one. Then the screen they had to order broke when they were installing it. Finally almost a month later when we came to pick up the IPad, it wasn't working at all and they said it was like this when we brought it to them. Flat out lie but we had no proof that it was working. Now Apple won't repair it because it has non Apple parts on it. We asked for the original screen with the original start button so we could get it repaired somewhere else but they said they had recycled it. This company has no integrity and does not own up to their mistakes. I am telling all of my friends and coworkers never to use this company unless you want your phone/iPad to be worse off than when you brought it to them. They should have said yes they broke it and bought me another iPad. read more
