I called the order in and it was ready for pickup 10 minutes later, total was $19.80. The restaurant layout is basic, but the decorations are clear and the environment is clean. The staff were efficient and friendly, adding ranch to my order by request. The food was outstanding! The burgers well cooked, the hot dog was crisp with a nice snap. The chili was hearty and both the hamburger and hot dog buns held up nicely to the food. Fries were provided for each entree; we were flooded! This is a bit smaller than other locations I've visited. It's a bit older, too. But, it's clean. A gentleman assisted me quickly, and discussed the menu and options. I decided on a slice of pepperoni and honey barbecue wings. The pizza was very cheesy, not a lot of sauce. Crust wasn't horrible, not great. Decent size. Wings were quite good. I liked the sauce. I never want to talk bad except for Guy's place that sucked. But I was kinda let down. The season was ok at best the wings were small like the chickens were the runts of the litter. I can honestly say that the wings were better the next day and not fresh. I couldn't finish it fresh. But the next morning I was finally able to appreciate the flavor the next day cold and let the flavor finally soak in. I love wings this was the first time I couldn't the wings. This Long Wongs is really the best one I've been to in this area. The wings are perfectly fried and crispy and I love the honey hot sauce. The ranch dressing here is also the delicious homemade tasting kind if you're a ranch person like myself. I come here often and it's one of my top favorite places, and my #1 place to get wings. I would suggest ordering ahead of time then go pick it up like 10 mins later because they make all wings to order so they don't sit there getting cold and soggy. LONG WAIT OR LONG WONGS?? I did not notice any covid precautions besides the lady wearing a mask. I was 30 seconds away, right around the corner so it seemed pointless to call and place an order- my mistake. It was obvious we were the only customers at the moment. Went up to the counter and placed our order. Our wings ended up taking 25 minutes to come out. Starving, we rushed to our destination which took less than five minutes. Our excitement to finally eat quickly turned into disappointment. The wings were terribly over cooked and cold. Driest wings I have had in a long time. The sauces themselves were not bad. Tried the wings and they are yummy! The beat park is that they are super crispy and well seasoned. I really enjoyed the lemon pepper ones (this is a dry wing with a spice rub). The garlic parmesan are NOT dry...I actually thought they would be and didn't ask, but they have a creamy sauce on them. I asked for mile wings too, but it seems I got them naked with no sauce, I'm thinking it was just an error. That was my reason for keeping the rating at a 3; I purchased 50 wings and of the total 30 we're supposed to be mild hot wings, so it was kind of a bummer that most of our wings had no sauce. And the sticks were cold & did not taste good. My roommate got fried mushrooms & told me they were cold & not very good. The burger was pretty good, but everything else in the order was awful.
