I hired these guys to fix my pool that had turned green from a previous pool company. I paid…read moreJohhny and Trinity thousands of dollars to get my pool back but they never delivered on their promises! These people are devoid of character and ethics in business . They drained my pool and did an acid wash, charged me over $300 for "startup chemicals" and assured me the pool would be clean for my tenants but they knew all along that they were going out of business so they stopped sending the pictures with the weekly status reports and started ghosting me when I inquired about why I haven't been receiving the pictures and of course no reply! Against my better judgment and as a gesture of good faith, I prepaid my pool service from September until February so I didn't have to deal with very unreasonable tenants. To my surprise, Johhny and Trinity did not refund the remainder of my prepayment and lied to the new contractor Desi at Pool Medic who to my surprise tried to get me to pay for Dec & January pool service . They seemed like honorable people, but I can't warn you enough to stay away from these people if they ever get back into the pool business again. They ghosted me and then claimed they didn't sell their business to another vendor and to my surprise I got a bill for services that were already prepaid from Pool Medic. Johhny assured me he would send me receipts of the credits to my credit cards but as of today that never happened. Nevada law says 10% upfront only and every time they did work for me they wanted 100% upfront. What a disappointment and betrayal of trust! Karma will get these two!

First time customer…read more I had a burned out pool light. It's supposed to be an easy fix, that turned out to be anything but! The pool smart team gave me practical advice on how to do the repair economically, and was even cool with me shopping for parts online. No upsell or up charge pressure at all! It turned out to be a really complicated replacement, due to a lot of difficult job site conditions that weren't expected at the beginning of the job. The pool smart team completed the repair the same day, and everything is working perfectly. Solid choice. Look no further!

You know when they say if it's not one thing, then it's another? That's me, damn. Pool pump went…read moreout and I talked to a local pool shop with a picture and video and they said it's a simple battery capacitor swap out but the issue was the placement of my pool pump. The geniuses who built the pool made it so the pump is up against the side of the house so everything would have to be taken out. Talked to Jennifer I believe, who has good customer service, from JNJ Pools and she schedules me their next available which was not soon. But I get a text later on the day and they had a cancellation and would be able to send someone out the next day. Tommy arrives to help me with the pool pump and he knocked it out. Great customer service by Jennifer and Tommy. Now that my pool is fixed, on to this damn irrigation that we just discovered. SMH.

I am beyond disappointed with JNJ Pools. On June 11, they came to my home and replaced my pool…read morecapacitor. Less than two months later, the exact same part failed. I called them back on July 27, but they didn't return until August 4. Instead of standing behind their work, they claimed the repair was outside their 30-day warranty, even though it was the exact same capacitor they had installed. Because of that, I had to pay my American Home Shield service fee again. That's $100 on the first visit and another $100 on the second visit--all because the part they installed failed. I'm now out $200, have wasted weeks waiting for repairs, and my pool has turned green because it couldn't run properly. American Home Shield should seriously reconsider using this company as one of its service providers. A reputable contractor should stand behind the parts they install, especially when the same part fails so quickly. Based on my experience, I would not recommend JNJ Pools to anyone. The low rating they have is consistent with the service I received. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration, and choose a different company. Mine to Matt came here and tried to tell me that my capacitor went out because it's hot outside. They just came here on June 11 and by July 27 when I made the request for them to come out again my capacitor went out because the capacitor is like a battery and it doesn't last that long because of the heat anyone that has a Pool nose that is complete BS they are scam artists!
