I was at Ippolitos about 2 Sunday's ago on 8/23. I walked in and just sat at the bar because I was by myself. The bartender Kiara came over to take care of me. She was awesome and very attentive. I loved her warm and welcoming smile. She answered all my questions. The ambiance was nice. It wasn't my 1st time there. The food was excellent. I had the Chicken parm but I substituted it for rigatoni with vodka cream sauce. The chicken parm came on the side. The garlic bread I ordered came out nice and hot. Everything wad delicious and Kiara's service was exceptional. I will def be back to try something different soon. read more

I really enjoyed Ippolitos. The pizza and wings and pasta were really good. The Diavolo Pasta was really spicy beyond my liking but the sauce was good. Service was good and the place was clean. We parked and walked but there was open parking mid day on a Thursday. Would venture back to try some other food. read more

This is a place I cater for work lunches and thought I would try one of their dine in locations for work lunch. Truly disappointed. My order had to be sent back - the cod pasta smelled so fishy and spoiled ? The noodles were gummy and not done. I replaced it with shrimp scampi and that was not any better. The server admitted she smelt the odor from the cod and that the cooks were different. She was nice. The tables were covered with cheap vinyl and seemed old. I think the catering chef are different or from another location. Not sure I will try this location again. read more

I came with a friend for dinner, and I enjoyed my time here. The service was a little slow, but they had a decent amount of people that day. The free rolls that came were pretty good, but not the best I've had at Italian places. The marinara sauce with the rolls were good. I got the Chicken Torino, and it was pretty good. The portion was really big, so I was only able to eat half. My friend said her Chicken Marsala was just okay though. I would say this is a decent neighborhood Italian place, but some of the dishes might be hit or miss. read more

We ordered carryout, two pizzas, garlic bread and some desserts. When my wife arrived and they gave her the order, the garlic bread desserts were not included at all - they had to go back and get them. Then she checked the pizzas and the pepperoni didn't have pepperoni on it... The final touch was getting home with the order and finding that they 'fixed' the pepperoni pizza by putting the pepperoni on it and just handing it back. It hadn't even been put back in the oven. I'd recommend if you do get a carryout order check it carefully, and if it's not right make sure they actually fix it, not just toss toppings on and calling it a day. read more

We had dinner last night at Ippolito's. I had broccoli linguini which was very good. My husband had his usual, veal Marsala. He has always ordered this and judges every other restaurant's veal Marsala by the veal Marsala he's eaten here at Ippolito's. That ended last night. I looked at his plate and saw pieces of crust that he had scraped off of the veal pieces. He said the veal is normally melt-in-his-mouth tender but not so much last night and the veal tasted like they tried to make chicken fried steak with it. He was very sad. If we do return, he said he'll definitely order something else, not his go-to veal Marsala. read more

1). Their bread knots are disgusting, undercooked. 2). The Alfredo sauce is bland. Bottled Alfredo tastes better than what they make here. 3). Their spicy marinara sauce was good 4). They have watered down soap in the bathroom! They had a little bit of soap left in the bottle and filled the rest with water - THIS DOES NOT CLEAN YOUR HANDS - that means the staff was handling our food with dirty hands?! This establishment even charges tips on TO-GO orders - they can afford a new Softsoap bottle 5). THEY TIPPED ON A TOGO ORDER! Why is there a tip on orders that I'm taking out?!! All the server did was pack it in a bag. That's bad practice. 6). The restaurant wasn't busy at all - but the waitress still didn't come back to check on us. The water glasses were empty and we never got asked if we want more. Each time we needed something, we had to ask for her and it seemed like she just didn't want to be there. It made us feel uncomfortable - she was rude! Maybe because she knew she was going to automatically get a tip from us because they include that. Cocktails are reasonably priced and well done. Love the garlic rolls and my chicken Marcella Was wonderful I also like the fact that I could trade out mashed potatoes instead of the pasta. The lasagna looked wonderful. It does seem to be a bit of a small piece but he still took some home not a fan of the tiramisu. Wish they had a couple of different dessert options that I liked better. A Friday night around 7 pm & it was packed! We had about a 15 minutes, at the bar. Not a seat available, so a good vibe!! Got a beer for my hubby & we waited for our table. We were seated & our server was just odd. Mot rude, not nice, just didn't speak. She came to the table & just stood there. We spoke first & got drink orders in. Took a while to get rolls/butter, but we think they had to make more. Server didn't let us know, just literally didn't speak about anything. Drinks came, then put in our meal choices. Hubby got Veal Marsala, daughter got Baked Ziti & I ordered Broccoli Pasta w/no Sun Dried Tomatoes. Food came PIPING HOT & fresh. We ate EVERYTHING!! Delicious!!! For our last stop on our anniversary we decided to give Ippolitos a try. Food: We had grandpas meatballs to start with (lol yes that's the name of the app) and they were juicy and tender. The rolls were okay, nothing special. The fettuccine was on point and hit the spot. My husband loved his gyro, he said it tasted like his New York gyros. The chocolate mousse cake was wonderful and moist Service: Briana was excellent. Clear, kind and very attentive. Ask for her and you'll get exceptional service. Ambiance: It's a cute date spot. Something to come and have casual wine with the girlfriends. They have half off bottles of wine on Mondays and Tuesday so that's awesome! We recently visited with high hopes, but, regrettably, left with disappointment. From the start, we encountered dirty silverware at our table, signaling a lack of attention to detail. Despite having three servers, service was severely lacking and inattentive. Our meal was nothing to write home about--mediocre at best. Sadly, it required 2 items being sent back due to incorrect items, and yet, no manager appeared at our table to address our issues or offer any form of rectification. The overall experience left my visiting relatives from out of town and the rest of us feeling as though our presence was not valued, detracting further from our evening. This is a great location for me. Nice and convenient from the house. We always like to go here after playing Cornhole in the park. My favorite thing here is the antipasto salad. It's so yummy! The service can be slow at times it just depends, that is something that can be improved on. I like the ambiance. It's nice and calming and a good environment for a group. read more

The dish was super warm and cheesy (had the perfect amount of toasted cheese and ricotta). My only note would be that the sauce was definitely on the saltier end. We got the mussels to start and loved the white wine sauce so much we even dipped our garlic rolls in it. We split the chicken Torino for our main course and it was such a huge portion, we both still had left overs! We got the black & white cake and the chocolate mousse cake for dessert. Cute Italian restaurant with a cozy atmosphere and delicious food. Their homemade marinara sauce and rolls are always a delicious way to start your meal. I got the Greek salad with chicken anchovies their homemade Italian and balsamic dressing. It was very good with delicious olives and feta cheese. My husband got the chicken Parmesan sandwich with pasta salad and really enjoyed it too. They have delicious desserts and chicken Marsala as well as great pasta dishes. We came on a Sunday at 7 PM. We were immediately seated and had excellent service. I was glad to see they added cocktails to the list because I feel like when we came here years ago, it was just beer and wine. The Georgia peach martini was very strong and tasty. We had to send the sausage appetizer back because the pizza dough was undercooked, but all of the other food was delicious, especially the raspberry limoncello cake we got to go. I removed 1 star because upon arriving we were given dirty menus and after pointing this out to staff she returned with a paper menu because they "ran out". Hmm? Two years ago I took my now future wife to the Suwanee location on our first ever date. She loves Italian food. Authentic is good but heart is even better (I know, I know, way too corny. But it's true, believe it or not). Bonding over the ravioli and fettuccini, we finally discovered how hard we'd really been crushing on each other. We even finished off with dessert which we never do! Since then, I always take her back on special occasions (this Saturday for example is our anniversary!!) because to this day it's her favorite spot. They have multiple locations and they are all pretty good. This location has a Tibet side outdoor patio and a private party room. The service is always good. We came late and still got the same good service as always. The girls and I were not hungry but craving pasta so we decided to have a late snack which became a whole meal lol. The garlic rolls are always complimentary, which is what I like best about this place. They start you off with one roll each but they will bring you more at your request it comes with a side of marinara sauce in case you want to dip it. With all their pasta dishes, you can substitute what type of pasta/noodle you prefer, and which sauce you would like in it. Everything was goodThe shrimp scampi is a little different than most places because it's a lemon base butter sauce those places have the lemon on the side, so it's not tangy, but I didn't mind it at all. Great food, and a great experience. We were in Suwannee and felt like Italian. I looked at Yelp reviews, and almost didn't go in. I believe everyone with less than 4 stars, must have been in a different restaurant. Anyone who said service wasn't good, didn't have Andrea as their server. She was wonderful. Answered every question and even fielded our concerns about their reviews. Now, the food. The rolls are definitely worth mentioning. They're amazing. I ordered veal parmigiana and wife ordered chicken parmigiana. I know, right? Both dishes were hot and delicious. Their marinara sauce is some of the best I've had. Finished it off with million dollar chocolate cake and some spumoni. Both were perfect. The chocolate cake is beyond decedent. I highly recommend this place. read more
