I really appreciate that you can completely customize your pizza with as many topping as you want for no extra charge. However, I do enjoy splurging for a crust upgrade to the Keto Cauliflower Crust. This crust has much more flavor than your standard crust and as the name sounds, is made of Cauliflower. The numerous options for sauces and cheeses are plenty to have a wide variety of taste profiles. I'm pleasantly surprised that Your Pie offers Vegan Cheese! In reality they are a one person pizza maybe comparable to two slices of a normal sized pizza. This was not their best night, the employees here are usually friendly and pleasant but today it was not typical. To begin with the employees were distracted and they seemed as though they weren't paying attention. After repeating our order 4 times, the pizzas were not good as usual. The pies are cooked in a stone oven so you get that authentic smoky burnt taste. The pizza serving size is about 10 inches or so. Good for one person. Not really meant for sharing though. The bread for the pizza is either white or wheat. Besides pizza there is also dessert like gelato. Haven't had a chance to try it yet but heard positive things about it. Interior and design wise. They have free-style coke machine and beer. Topping selection- decent but no green olives. They no longer offer sun-dried tomato pesto sauce or low-fat mozzarella cheese. You can build your own with no topping limit. They also offer salads but I've not tried one The process is fast is fast and efficient. They have a combo meal option and you can get chips, side salad or yummy gelato. Monday nights are kids night so if you are not bringing any I would avoid coming here then. There was ample parking. I went on a Sunday, at 11:30 am. I was the only one "dining in" when I placed my order. First, you choose your crust from wheat, white or gluten-free. If building your own, you then choose sauce and toppings. I chose the "Southern Heat" pie, which is a buffalo chicken pizza. If building your own or customizing one of theirs, the toppings are unlimited for the same price, which is a huge benefit compared to other places, that charge $1 per topping. They use a brick oven to cook their pizza, which means perfection in my book. My pizza and beer cost $13.77, and the wait for my food to be delivered was only a few minutes. They have an excellent craft beer selection, all reasonably priced ($5). 6 beers on tap, and plenty of bottles. They also offer wine, and have the Coke freestyle machine for soft drink people. The inside of the place was very clean, and by the time I was eating, they were getting a steady flow of customers. My pizza tasted great, and I have zero complaints! The best part was the gelato. The worst customer Service I've ever experienced. I went here today to eat and was cursed out by the manager Ebony for asking her more than 3 times to make our pizza a specific way, she lost her cool, cursed us out and Ebony started screaming and refused to make our order. My girlfriend got the slider pizza which is basically like a hamburger in pizza form and I decided to get a customized pizza. There is a pretty good selection of toppings and you can choose any toppings that you'd like at no extra cost! I got a white dough pizza with sundried tomato sauce topped with fresh mozzarella, cheddar, shredded mozzarella, artichoke hearts, mushrooms, spinach, red onions, roasted garlic, bacon, ham, and capicola. I topped the pizza with a light drizzle of garlic olive oil. For about $3-4 more, I decided to make it a gelato combo which included a drink and gelato. My total came out to only be a little over $12 after tax! The pizzas came out super quick and were ready by the time we sat down. It was delicious and my daughter, who has been a super picky eater later also enjoyed it. The only thing that I didn't like about the pizza is that it got soggy quick due to the sauce. My girlfriend's pizza didn't come with a sauce so she didn't have that issue. I decided to get the maple bacon gelato and my girlfriend got the butterfinger gelato. When we showed up on a Saturday Evening, they actually didn't have any pre made pizza dough, but no worries, because they just took a dough ball and worked it into a pizza crust right in front of us, tossing it in the air, etc. They have a ton of toppings for your pizza, but what I put on mine was a combo of marinara sauce and basil/pesto sauce, mushroom, red onion, fresh basil, Italian sausage, fresh garlic, shredded mozzarella, green bell pepper, and chopped pecans. They take it, and throw it in their brick oven for a few minutes and you're eating thin crust pie before you know it. There's NO up charge on toppings. Put as much as you want and you just pay for the base pizza price of $8 If you don't like decision making, they come with several pre-made pies to pick from, also for $8. You don't have to get the combos, but if you want gelato (and yes, you want gelato), you SHOULD get the combo. Why? Gelato, one scoop on its own, is $2. 2 scoops of gelato (mix and match) and a beverage combo is $3.49! Super fresh flavors, both for the pizza and gelato, great idea for pizza, and all for an affordable price along with excellent customer service. I've been coming here more often now, and ever since they addressed my original concerns, the place has gotten a lot better. Todd, the owner knows how to run this business quite well. The staff is pretty often allergy conscious and changes their gloves when asked. The pizza starts out from a piece of dough that is spun out and placed on the pizza spatula. You have your choice of Whole wheat, White or Gluten Free! From there, you can see everything that they are doing. Adding the cheeses that you are requesting (even DAIYA VEGAN CHEESE) which is stored away from the rest of the ingredients. If you have any kind of allergies, let them know ahead of time, so that they can address them. I am lactose / dairy free and have a severe allergy to this. They take that very serious and make sure not to do any kind of cross contamination, even if they need to make it separately in the back away from all the other items that are in front. You can stack your pizza with as many toppings as you want before it is put into the oven, or you can choose one of their 'pre-determined' pizzas, such as a BBQ chicken pizza, or others. They also make salads and flat bread sandwiches as well, which gives you the opportunity to have a variety. I am pretty set in my ways, as I get the same thing EVERY time. From the Whole wheat pizza, olive oil, vegan cheese, mushrooms, purple onions, green peppers, fresh oregano, fresh cilantro, jalapeno peppers, bacon, sausage, pepperoni, and then more vegan cheese on top. These past few times, orders have been taking longer and always have to wait 15 minutes more. Just ordered 5 pizzas and I came later to ensure I would not have to wait And still the orders were not ready and they only had 4 pizzas. They forgot to complete the order and had to wait 15 more mins for them to make the other pizza. No apologies either. Quality seemed to have gone down as well. The only ordering-improvement could be more info on the beer-wine selection. It is mostly hidden on the far side of the pizza oven, in their 'bar area'.
