We do recommend! This one is right off I85 next to Chick-fi. So pretty inside with the tables pre-set. Cute waiting area & hosts were friendly. We were seated right away by the bar. Some folks already there at 11:30 am on Saturday morning. Place filled nicely from there. Olive oil & spices available with their bread is amazing. Available at all tables, complimentary. I was sad the $9.99 salad/soup is not available on weekends. I opted for the appetizer meatballs & side of Alfredo. Both were OK. I don't love provolone or ramano cheese & it tasted like they had either or. But I'm sure for folks who like those cheeses these options would be fantastic! No pics of other food, but for the price it seems good portions & everyone at my table enjoyed their meals! Dad got a glass of wine & to our mini charcuterie surprise.... Love this!!! See pic Our server was attentive & kind. Overall, a great experience. Be prepared for costs, a little shocking for a chain restaurant.

Stopped by for a pleasantly quick meal before Disney on ice at the arena down the street. It was conveniently nearby if you are looking for a pleasant pit stop before a show this place is a great choice ! Food was delicious, i wish i could remember my servers name but he was great! Im glad i have a comfy yummy place to go to next time !

Carrabba's Italian Grill is very good. The salad, chicken parmesan, and ravioli are all tasty. The seasoned oil for dipping your bread was excellent. Our server Ramon T. was very polite and professional The atmosphere is cozy and somewhat dimly lit. If you enjpy red wine, try the Bonizio Rosso.

Ambiance is nice we were greeted and sat quickly! Our Service was awesome as well our server was cool and even when I didn't like my soup he replaced it with a salad with no problems. My food was just okay I had a steak it was a bit overdone! My salad was great the dressing was A+ (house salad) The mash was great and the broccoli was the best on the plate.

Easily the best chicken Alfredo I've had in a while.the Alfredo sauce is so thick and creamy while also the wood grilled chicken adding a exquisite taste to the meal

We came here for our 19th wedding anniversary. The ambiance is very nice with wine glasses clean booths and open kitchen. Music was eclectic above our dinner. Our waiter was great answered all our questions and made suggestions to try.I got the steak with penne and zucchini and my better half got the pasta with shrimp. The steak was juicy and cooked right. The Italian salad was very good. My wife said her shrimp was wonderful as well her fettuccine. If you find yourself going to the gas south arena and looking for good Italian this place is recommended!

It's a pretty small…read moreplace, but comfortable spacing, atmosphere was very good, and staff were all very friendly and attentive. We ordered the calamari and bruschetta for appetizers and we were asked if we wanted the free garlic knots (BIG MISTAKE) The calamari were good especially because my husband and son prefer the rings and the whole plate were rings. My mother had never had them before (we didn't tell her what they were) and she also thoroughly enjoyed them. The bruschetta was ok; it was very different than I'm used to because it had tiny mozzarella balls in it, which were nice, but seriously lacked garlic and the tomatoes were blah. The thing I like about the most were the slices of bread around the bruschetta because they were soft and crunchy in all the right places. Those garlic knots on the other hand are trouble ...the dough was so fresh and had so much flavor, I ate 2 of them and couldn't really eat my entree, but they were incredibly worth every bite! For our entrees I ordered penne alla vodka (I wish the made it with rigatoni. I thought it was ok. It seems too thick and not as good as I've had elsewhere, but maybe I was too full already because my husband thought it was very good. My husband had eggplant Parmesan which was a very nice portion and cooked perfectly. My mother had a cheese calzone which was probably the biggest and nicest cook on one I've ever seen and she really enjoyed it. My son had sausage and peppers and he really like it even though he doesn't generally like red sauce, but the sauce that came with garlic knots and calamari was all the same, and he loved it. The only thing he wasn't thrilled with was the sausage were all sliced. We all expected to have whole links, but they were thinly sliced longways. I wouldn't say I'm in a hurry to go back, but I would again and maybe get one of those calzones for myself or try pizza .

I think 2 tables inside and 1 table outside. Ambiance was pretty cool. I ordered the chicken florentino which was a chicken breast with a demi glaze sage sauce, topped with mushrooms, & mozzarella cheese and mashed potatoes. The food was really good. It's very flavorful and very appetizing. Next time I will stop by and dine in, instead of do a to go order maybe my experience will be different.

When we walked into the place, we realized we were at a very upscale restaurant with its Rich Italian decor and being greeted by a lovely young lady who was friendly to a polite young man named Alex, our waiter, who was very professional and made sure we had a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience. Then we meet the Manager, Tony who could not be any more hospitable and friendly with us! He made us feel so special. The dinner we had was so delicious and the meatballs are to die for along with the Tiramisu!! My Italian husband never cared for Tiramisu, but when Tony suggested it, he tried it and absolutely loved it! My husband could not believe how wonderful the light texture was along with the creamy flavor! We both enjoyed that treat! We were here on a Monday night (President's day holiday) and it was crowded. I'm glad I made a reservation through OpenTable. Once seated at a table in the middle of the dining area, I noticed it was a little stuffy. The table can seat four but I think it would be very packed with all the plates. I noticed the plate I had when I sat was dirty so I just switched it with another vacant plate. The server took away occupied silverware and plates. It felt more spacious. Focaccia bread was brought out with sun dried tomatoes dip and it was delicious!! Not tarty at all and I wish there was more of that dip because it was so good. My husband warned me that their portions were dainty so we ordered calamari appetizer (I highly recommend) and caprese salad (also good and fresh). My husband got tomato basil Alfredo fettuccini with chicken and I had Alfredo fettuccini with salmon. The salmon was cooked to perfection. I found it odd that the server asked how I liked it cooked and I elected for well done. It was so tender and buttery just melts in your mouth. The fettuccini was okay. The texture of the noodles were dumpling like maybe it's homemade but still good. I did order broccolini as a side but someone dropped the ball and that's why I had to dock a star. Overall, I think it's a romantic place to bring a date but the servers aren't too warm but still professional. My husband said there's a business event section upstairs and offers privacy. I think his only complaint was that the logistics of the "buffet" appetizers was awkward so a lot of the food went to waste. I think he mentioned more serving ware like plates and serving spoons would have been helpful. I also think the to go bag is very nice. It's like a reusable grocery bag and fairly large. It's a nice touch. I saw a lady bring her dog. I don't remember seeing an outside patio and I have a dog myself and am a dog lover. I'm not sure what that was about (is there a separate area?).

Service: The service was just okay at best. Out of three orders, two were incorrect (both with wrong pasta that we ordered), and I had to remind the server about my cocktails when the entrées were already served. We were also celebrating a little girl's birthday, which made the experience even more disappointing. After two desserts were already brought out, I had to ask the host to bring a candle as I didn't see my server. Eventually a plate with "Happy Birthday" written on it came out, and we were told the server was "working on it," but it felt like an afterthought. The server didn't come out herself or even acknowledge the birthday, which was a letdown for a special moment. Ambience: This place is just too loud to even have a normal conversation. It's not the music that's the issue -- it's the space. The restaurant feels very small and overcrowded, with tables packed too closely together. With that many people in such a tight space, the noise level becomes overwhelming. Because of that, I definitely wouldn't recommend this place for date nights or any occasion where you actually want to talk and enjoy the moment. Food: Overall, the service felt inattentive and the food didn't stand out enough to make up for it. With so many great Italian restaurants out there, this one just didn't leave a reason for us to return.

But this experience was genuinely special. From the service to the food to the atmosphere, everything exceeded expectations. Despite a packed dining room, the staff delivered a level of attentiveness that felt effortless. Our server had an incredible command of the menu, rattling off a lengthy list of specials from memory with impressive detail. The entire team worked in sync--bringing bread, refilling drinks, offering fresh grated cheese, clearing plates without rushing us, and striking just the right balance of friendliness and professionalism. What really set the evening apart were the personal touches. The matriarch of the restaurant (or at least who I assume was the matriarch) circulated through the dining room making sure guests were enjoying themselves. At one point she proudly announced that the osso buco was ready--a charming moment that felt less like a sales pitch and more like someone sharing something they genuinely loved. Before we left, she gave my wife and daughter sunflowers from her garden, carefully prepared with the leaves removed and stems wrapped in foil. Then she sent us home with fresh zucchini. Along with everything else, these folks have figured out how to make dining personal. It felt less like eating in a restaurant and more like being welcomed into someone's lovely home--where there is genuine pride and gratitude that you've joined them for dinner. That's a rare feeling today, and Casa Nuova delivers it naturally. And then there's the food. The Oysters Rockefeller were outstanding. The fried mozzarella was exceptional. The Pesce Fra Diavola--with clams, mussels, calamari, and scallops--was perfectly prepared and served in a sauce that complemented rather than overwhelmed the seafood. The veal scallopini was tender, beautifully seasoned, and expertly sauced. Even our daughter's simple pasta dish was cooked and seasoned perfectly. Honestly, I'm almost afraid to go back because I don't know how they could possibly do better. Casa Nuova delivered one of the most memorable restaurant experiences I've had in a very long time. My sincere thanks to everyone at Casa Nuova for such a lovely evening.
