    Broken plastic interior wheel hub. Broken when shown and not repaired.

    At this point I am in a rock and a hard place. I paid cash for a 2015. I was told by the representative the IRA reputation is very important to them. I am not so sure about it. When I got home with the vehicle, I contacted the sales rep immediately because whenI got home after what I was told there was no repair of this broken plastic in the back. Buyer beware. Car dealers and dealerships surely are out for themselves. I asked..... they did not reply.

    Terrible Customer Service. Left two voicemails to Daniel Hutt no response. Over a week pasted. Then left a voicemail to associate no response four days passed. I wish that I did not purchase a vehicle here. I should have bought my vehicle at a different place. I came in on February 18 for oil change and replace part for drain plug. I scheduled an oil change on July 8 at Sullivan Tires in NH. I work and live in NH. They stated that the drain plug is severely tightened and bring it to dealership. Today, I have an appointment to for oil change. I spoke with mange. I asked if I could get credit for oil change. He stated that they might have right equipment to unopened the plug or experience. He stated that he is unable to credit me an oil change or discount. I have to pay what everybody else has to pay. He and Danvers Subaru does not care if customers have to drive out there way to get new parts. Instead of retaining customers.

    buyer beware, look at fine print...their dealer fee ( doc. etc is 1300.00 dollars more than twice some other dealers

Usually, the service or item I receive is what I expect and there is really nothing worth taking time to share. That IS NOT the case this time! Let me explain; I needed a car to replace the aging one my daughter was driving. After multiple internet searches, I found what we were looking for listed on line at Bill's Auto Sales. I called and spoke with Tony, he assured me that the car was available and, as I was unable to get there until the next day, I should call there again in the morning and speak to Glen so he would know when to expect me. I did just that, and Glen offered that he would hold the car for me while I made the hour and half drive to check it out. When I did arrive, both the car and Glen were there and he gave my daughter and me a free hand in looking it over. It was just as described on their website. He was very open, giving me the Carfax and in telling me the short comings of the vehicle they had found, as well as, how those items would be addressed. After a test drive we were able to settle on a price and a deposit. Due to my schedule we made arrangements to pick up the car the following week, giving Bill's Auto time to make the agreed upon repairs and get the paper work in line. During that week, Glenn messaged me a number of times regarding the progress on both. These guys really communicate well! We indeed picked up the car as planned, took a test drive and agreed that the repairs were complete. Bill's Auto took care of the registration transfer and we were off. My daughter loves the car! So here's what my take away is.. Bill's Auto Sales and in particular, Glen provide an excellent environment for purchasing a car. I found them to be accommodating, friendly, and excellent communicators but above all else they were honest. In discussing the vehicle ..no excuses were made, no stories made up. Buying a car is a big purchase and is never without some amount of compromise working with someone you can trust is key in getting the best deal.. these are your guys. I highly recommend Bill's Auto Sales

MULTIPLE issues, including a timing chain which cost $3,000 to repair. I was out of luck as they said the lemon law doesn't apply over 125K miles. Windshield had a big chip that didn't pass inspection. They add on $795 for a "document fee" which is pure fluff and pads their margin. Salespeople have a poor demeanor and I am confident they knew about this issue, cleared the check engine code, to leave me with the expensive repair bill. Should have known better after reading so many bad reviews. Will not ever be doing business with them again.

Once they had my money- they could care less when I got my purchased car. I wish I had read reviews knowing what I was I was getting into. its a nightmare! Also as a yoinger looking female the person in finance spoke to me like I was not only a child- but as though I shouldn't be buying a car alone (I'm 37 and went to law school). I wouldnt send my worst enemy here and wish I hadn't given them my business. Unless you are dying to file a complaint with the BBB avoid at all cost, no car is worth the experience.

You guys have been reminding me for weeks by emails for my 1st oil change for the Brand-New Rav 4 that I just bought last Nov. I show up on time, and as soon as I enter the service Bay - an older man comes and rudely says: yes - what can I do for you? -or how can I help you? I wanted to say Large Cheese Pizza with Salami and extra Cheese!!! I Told him I have an apt.! He asked me if I have to see any particular service advisor. i said yes: it is T. Chase.. The older man sounded like he did not even know who Chase is or if he even works there!! Finally, Chase showed up - and had no idea that I had a service appointment that was booked weeks ago!! I got out of the car and told him - i will be in the waiting area and asked him to keep me posted (Informed) -he says sure i will come & find you. 3 hours later I get a phone call from Chase asking me to come to his desk # 6 .. car is ready & I need to sign & collect some paperwork- I had no idea where desk # 6 is!! I said. where is your desk ??? He realized that he should come to the waiting area and find me as we both agreed - I was like ..WTF - I Collected my key and left so aggravated - This is the same poor service i had back in Nov when I purchased the car where the financial guy lost the Title of the car that I traded in and started harassing me with phone calls demanding me to come down to sign some forms ..etc At that time I was so angry that I left a bad 1 star review, but I deleted it after the big Boss or someone from Finance called me and promised better service with some respect. - I gave this place another chance - But it seems that the entire staff need some CS training -
