Update. I have had my new phone battery for less than two weeks. They showed me how to check my battery health & my battery health went from 100% to 89%. WATCH yourself if you go here better look for another place to go..... I went here after shopping at kohl's to fix my iPhone 7 Plus and they were quick to get me with two prices for the screen repair. The screen I was supposed to get was supposed to be OEM is what they told me for $99 premium quality and comes with 60 days warranty. I noticed after turning on the phone that the screens brightness appear different as if it was like a dim color or not a true white. I also noticed when I put on my polarize sun glasses I can't see the screen at all. Then later my SCREEN STARTED COMING APART UGH!!!!!Next week after I booked my appointment I went to the Apple Store in brea and was told by the Genius Bar rep that my phone had a aftermarket screen that was placed on my phone. Extremely disappointed on what the girl Karina and the other Asian girl told me. I could not understand her English words all so well either. It felt uncomfortable at times but she however knew that I wanted my phone screen fixed and the price was okay for my budget. Make sure before you guys come here... check prices with Apple Store. I had my phone redone by Apple for $169 for a Apple original and comes with 90 days warranty. I had taken my iPhone 12 Pro Max here to fix the cover that goes over the back camera, one of them had broken. When i went, he said he had the part and could have done it for me within 30 minutes. When I showed up, even though it was broken, it still had half the cover on the camera. I picked up the camera and noticed the one that had broken, looked different from the other two but I've also never paid attention to the camera enough to know if it was supposed to look like that or not. I went home and looked at my husbands phone because he has the same and then googled the phone and it's not the same! So i went back and he told me he would refund me but take back the part so that I can take it to apple. I was like but that's not fair to me because you're going to take the whole piece back leaving the camera exposed when it wasn't like that when i dropped it off. He offered me a piece of tape to put over it!!!!!!! How UNPROFESSIONAL! I asked for a refund but he said he could either take back the piece and give me the piece of tape with a full refund or just $10. So on top of the money I paid him, now i have to go back to apple and pay more money to get it fixed correctly. If he had told me from the start he didn't have the piece, i could have saved that $40 and put it towards apple fixing it. But now i paid him $40 and i still have to go to apple. This place is a scam. I paid $250 for an aftermarket iPhone screen, plus a glass screen protector. Within a day, the swiping and pinch zoom feature on the iPhone was malfunctioning. Also, the screen was dark, and lost all of its bright, clear features. Then, on top of that, the phone had the smallest fall and the screen protector AND screen shattered. I went back and showed them, and they said there's nothing they can do but pay full price again. To add more headaches, I went to Apple to get a new screen. Now that I have an after market screen on it they will not touch my phone. So I have to buy a new iPhone. Do not come here. read more

Fast!!!! I've been procrastinating for like a year to fix my damn iPads. (Kids ‍) only recently did I mess up my screen on my iPhone. I took 4 devices: (1) iPhone 7, (2)iPad minis 3's and (1) iPad mini 3.... iPhone was ready In 40 min, the remaining 2 iPads were done by 7:30p. The price was about $300 for everything. 3 broken screens and 1 Led broken screen. One iPad was disabled (kids) and they needed my approval to connect it to a computer and unlock it. ANYWAYZZZZ. It'll be done by tomorrow. The ladies in the front are SUPER sweet. They put the case and tempered glass ( 50% off accessories!) on my phones. The girl at the counter was RUDE, when we asked a question she had an attitude. Really unprofessional. This place used to be my go to location to get my phone repaired, but as of recently I can no longer recommend them. Last time I went, their prices had changed to the point where there are many places that charge much less for better service. My iPhone 7 screen cost $119 plus tax while I found other places for just $49. Their quality control had dropped completely too, where my screen had multiple dead pixels and off color hue's.
