I hired Maria's maintenance service for a move-out clean and they were excellent. Top-to-bottom cleaning! No surface was left untouched. They pulled out every appliance and got behind the fridge the oven, they did the slider doors, and every shelf in the unit. Great work. read more

I found Maria's maintenance service through a quote request on Yelp and they did not disappoint. Maria has extreme attention to detail and we were all very happy to have been connected with her. She does deep cleanings, move out cleans, and regular. Is a deep cleaning expensive? Yes, but it's one of those things that everyone should prioritize/treat themselves to at least once a year and then just do maintenance cleans in between. I wish I had taken pics of the before and after but bottom line she cleaned as well as organized everyone's space per our instructions and we are very satisfied. read more

Two staff arrived punctually to complete our move out cleaning. They worked on cleaning everything- bathrooms, windows, dusting, the kitchen, including appliances and washed the floors. They assisted with removing trash and other forgotten items. They were very thorough, taking about 3 hours for our empty 2 bedroom-2 bath apartment of about 950 square feet. We unfortunately had to part ways with Maria. We were so excited to have her back after a long remodel. Unfortunately she is not how she used to be. 1) There were absolutely no cleaning products used throughout the whole house. We actually provided her cleaning products and she chose not to use anything. I had actually asked her multiple times if she used any cleaning products and she avoided the question numerous times. 2) We just got new flooring all throughout the house and we had asked her to vacuum. She allegedly said she vacuumed but there was so much stuff on the ground that I found it absolutely difficult to believe. 3) lastly we had told her we need her to dust since we painted our cabinets white and have white furniture. We swiped our hands on furniture and our hands collected an insane amount of dust. I'm all about giving constructive criticism in a respectful way but her responses were not the best. She said she gave us a discounted price of and I was absolutely mortified that this was what we got. Discounted pricing shouldn't mean you should do any less of a performance. I just had to give another honest review and will now officially be taking my business elsewhere. read more

Great deep cleaning services! We needed a deep cleaning to move in a new place! Marias is responsive. Cleaners forgot to clean the windows outside, but they didn't know how to take out the window screen. But when I noticed and asked them to clean it, they did. Cleaners are not meticulous or have a great attention to details, but they get main job done and clean. Overall satisfied with the quick service. read more

I requested a quote for cleaning services. I listed all my requirements and sent for quotes from multiple companies. Marias maintenance was the first to respond with a $150 quote. She was the lowest out of the 5 companies so I went with her and cancelled all others. She called me 2 days later to ask about the job which was listed for both of us to see on the text message area. During the phone call, a baby was screaming on the background making it impossible for me to hear her. She told me that she'll call me back but didn't. I reached out to her 3 days later to confirm our appointment and that's when she stated that the job was too much and that she'll charge me $400 instead to do the job like . Oh, and that's with less than 24hrs before she was to come. I ended up canceling while I scrambled to get another company. read more

This is really a tip. This company wanted $50 an hour to mop 2 hallways and 2 stairwells. It would be a total of 4 hours. I offered $100 but that was not considered enough. Crazy pricing if you ask me. read more

This company is amazing! We were moving and the cleaning company we first hired cancelled on us last minute. I contacted this business on a Monday at 1pm 15 minutes later I had an appointment for Wednesday. Our house is 2100 sq ft. and their team knocked it out in less than 5 hours and their work was impeccable. I'm talking doors, base boards, ceiling fans, electrical outlets, fridge...the stuff you should keep up with but most definitely do not. Very reasonable pricing and friendly, professional service.
