Buying experience was good and they beat ride now by a few hundred dollars. The bathrooms still look like they did in the photos below but that's not what I was there for, I was there to buy a side by side. the only thing I would change is the dirt lot. Even the brand new vehicles get very dirty sitting there because it's all dirt. Iron City Polaris used to have the best service department, but since getting a new service manager, they now have the worst. For example, I brought an ATV in to fix a broken CV Boot, and they found $1,600 in other repairs. I told them to just fix the boot, and 8 weeks later they said I needed to replace both rear axles for $600 because the boot won't fit. Yea, it sat there for 8 weeks before they touched it. Another time, it took them 7 weeks to replace a fuel pump that was working when I brought it in for a crank shaft sensor. The list goes on. Stay away from Iron City's service department. read more

4 hours labor took two days. Brought the RZR in at 9AM (opening) and it was finished 2 days later at 3PM. Promised same day. Never called to update me. Had to make two 120-mile round trips and several phone calls. I understand short staffing but then do not promise a finish time or date. Labor $157hr. During pickup they said they washed the RZR, not; muddy and dirty. The attitude was reminiscent to "Well if you don't like it, take it somewhere else"! Well to start off if i were you i would steer clear of this fucking place. Went in with my own finacing and there whole atittudes changed,didnt even get a offer to help strap the vechile down the jerk salesman if i rember right Tony stood at the window and watched. Well 45 days went by with the temp plate without reciving permanente plates,called iron city and spoke with Lisa and she explained there was a issue getting title ok no biggie she gave me a 30day temp tag that now was about to expire,so i emailed regarding where my plates were she says its been turned into dmv and to go to a third party place and get a duplicate. So went to dmv today and thankfully i did baecause they didnt fill paperwork out right per the dmv so i would have never got my plates ,by the way had to dish out more cash for registration on top of what i already paid so i can use my sxs. I was ripped off by these people on a new quad and treated terribly bad by the manager. after repeatedly having issues that should've been fixed for instance, the battery was bad took it all the way back up there and they try to send me back with the same battery well they did send me back with the same battery they came and picked it up the next time for the fix, but they installed some things like the license plate in the worst possible place, and just terrible workmanship's . I cursed once because I was so upset and the manager made a huge deal about it like he never heard a curse. Word before this dude was about 40 I contacted to see how long Management was had been there because I will never buy from that place again with him probably never from Iron again. Iron city polaris is my current service location for my polaris rzr and here is why. * seem honest in the communication to the customer from the service staff. * Will not oversell you crap that you do not need. Often times telling you to come back at a later time for other services. * Very understanding when there is an issue and will listen and do what they can to resolve it. * Completed all of my recall work to my satisfaction! * Not pushy when you walk through the door and get all over you to take your money. I had one possible minor issue on a service visit but I can not tie that directly back to them therefore only one star removed. It was due to a crushed air filter. I was looking for a used Polaris 2 person Quad. I have been to a few dealerships avoiding at all costs visiting Ride Now. Found a quad I was interested in on the Iron City Website gave them a call. Someone answered but said Ryan the Sales Manager was not in but he would give me a call back. Wthin 30 minutes Ryan left a voicemail as I was unavailable. I called back in another 30 minutes Ryan gave me an out the door price over the phone and I agreed to the terms. Arrived at Iron City in Casa Grande about an hour later. Quad was in virtually brand new condition, gave it a test ride. Said I wanted it and 45 minutes later after a final servicing, it was loaded in my truck. Great responsiveness, no BS, price was exactly what Ryan said it would be. Great Service, Great Product, nice small location, One on one attention. Great Buying Experience. As I review the negative reviews it looks like those people may be confused about the dealership they actually dealt with as they are all from outside AZ. 240 dollars to do an oil change. What a joke, RideNow is cheaper. To my RZR in to have the first service done and they charged me 240 dollars to chand 2 and a half quarts of oil and a oil filter, when I dropped it off I told them that my rear shocks were losing thier nitrogen charge and I had already had to adjust the springs over 3in they said they would take a look at it. When I picked it up they lied to my face and told me and I Quote" You actually set them to the factory specs and your ride heights is right where it's supposed to be." And then proceed to give me the Measurements on where the Spring adjuster bolt is supposed to be and that's where it was when I knew it wasn't because I had already adjusted it 3" past what the factory recommendation was. Now this is all on top of calling a week and a half ahead of time to set up an appointment just to be told when I got thier I was not on the books and then taking 3 days to do an oil change. I have told all my friends and family about it and them and my self will not be back for the fact they will lie to your face. I refuse to do business with someone who is that dishonest. read more

Much to my surprise, a women emailed me almost immediately with a number for me to call. I called and spoke with her. She apologized profusely, took my info and had me send her pics of my trade. She then promised me someone would be in touch. That was 2 weeks ago. Nothing. I emailed her asking for the owner or GMs contact info. Crickets. Live about 90 minutes from Casa Grand, bought a used side by side from Iron City, the belt broke in the first couple weeks (on a flat dirt road) and it had an oil leak. They swore that they had checked it all over and was fine. But they did offer to replace the belt and said they fixed the oil leak and changed the oil, only charging me for the belt, which was considerate. Took it out again, still leaks oil. Additionally, the title I got mailed was for a 2016 Trailer. I called them yet again, they said they would contact the DMV, couple weeks later I check again, they said they spoke to the DMV and the DMV would be sending me a new title. Fast forward to 5 months later (i was patient because of COVID) and still no new title. So i call the DMV, and they had never heard from them. I have to take it in to prove it is the correct VIN and not a scam. Just disappointed in the service I received. read more

Everyone on the staff is amazing, you can tell that the owners must be very upstanding people by the caliber of the staff. We have tried other Polaris dealers that are closer to us, and trust me, we would drive 100 miles to get the type of service Iron City provides. DO NOT buy from anyone else, you will be sorely disappointed and your Razor/Ranger reliability will suffer! ( Been there) And the technicians actually call you back and talk to you on the phone! The negative reviews are most likely from people that have not ever bought from the other dealers, or been raped financially by the service department of those other dealers. My 2015 Polaris RZR 1000 needed a starter switch and likely a new battery (I didn't have a voltmeter). I don't own a trailer, so I arranged for them to pick-up my vehicle on their trailer (for a fee) and take it in for service at the service department. Unfortunately, they were unable to send their truck/trailer on the arranged day. And, my schedule was very tight this week. So, they called to let me know about the problem, discussed my schedule, and then sent a service technician to my home to complete the work on-site. Starter switch and battery replaced. Same day service. Let me say that again...the very same day. He arrived with a co-worker, completed the work, and I paid them over the phone. They were both really nice, very professional, and highly proficient. Everything seems back to normal with the vehicle now. They didn't have to provide this level of customer service, but they did.
