Good Stuff: TV placement and NFL coverage on Sunday - everyone could see everything ! Such a disappointment, the other locations are much better. I have tried food here 3x and now leaving this. Tonight I ordered food through toast, showed up and mess told it wasn't ready, I waited for it which is fine. I get the food go go home, (literally 2 blocks) food is ice cold and wrong. I called and asked for a refund cause I just was done and didn't want to deal with it. The manager literally told me they couldn't refund cause I ordered through toast. I own a restaurant and you can 100% refund on toast, it's not hard. Whatever, they wanted to remake, I didn't want to go back out, they sent it via delivery service. Food was still cold. The incompetence at this location is mind boggling. If you want to try them go to the Unionville or Simsbury location. Will absolutely not be back. Normally we get tiny pizzas from here. Which are always delightful and the perfect size for just one moderately hungry human. But tonight we ventured to the actual location. We were floored by how stunning the interior of the old bank is. We sat down and met our server Riley. They were FANTASTIC, in every way. Efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. Just had a stop by for the Monday hamburger special .I've been here a couple times and I keep going back we ordered the hamburger with Swiss cheese, and mushrooms It's always a great burger cook to perfection. We also had the truffle fries that were so crispy large size portion . We also ordered the salmon salad it was delicious. The dressing is very tasty it comes with a nice size piece of salmon red onions, fresh corn, and cucumbers one of my favorite salad . We sat at the bar and the bartender's are very friendly always happy to please . She highly recommended the carrot cake. I could never find a good carrot cake out, but I have to say this was the best carrot cake I tasted in a very long time if you're looking for a good piece of carrot cake you have to stop there and get one slice you won't be disappointed. So, it's in an old bank building. Clearly they want it to be fancy and charge a lot for food and booze. It shares the same phone number as People's Choice that was the pizza place located down the street on Riverside Ave, and offers the same non-quality food (I've been told to never eat there by employees, but it wasn't that bad.) Absolutely horrible ordered chicken sandwich it was way over cooked and so dry not edible the burger my husband ordered was tasteless. Food was excellent food. Fries better than anywhere. Being from Buffalo, I ordered wings. This is one of a very few places that does Buffalo wings correctly. Service was good. The only thing I didn't understand was this.... We were there while there was a live Bruins game airing on ABC. Eleven massive televisions and they were not playing that game. Could have made better at home. Service and environment great but the food is under average for everything else in the area. I had to return for the burger special buy one get one 50 % off on Monday's the burger came out just the way I like it asked for it medium rare it was done perfect . The Brussel sprouts were done crispy with plenty of bacon. Atmosphere is unique it's a sports bar with lots of TV 's . The first time we tried this place was on a busy Friday night - came back a second time and had ok service but tonight it was appalling - this was our third and final attempt to give you any business - and if anyone asks I will share how horrible the staff her actually is. Dave the bartender was swearing every time he opened his mouth - and while I have the vocabulary of a sailor at times - I didn't appreciate it from the bartender - we aren't at a biker bar in some seedy town. One of the waitresses was helping the bartender stock the bar and stuck her finger in my husbands beer - she topped it off instead of making a new one - but Dave gave him a new one only because it had too much head. I tried to order food and after he put my order into the computer he walked away to help someone else / it took my husband a few tries to get his attention to order his meal. When the food came out the runners had no clue who to give the food to. They put my pizza under the nose of half the patrons of the bar before a customer asked did anyone order a pizza. We had no ask for napkins / thankfully we were eating basically finger food because silverware wasn't an option. We came into the place at 430 on a Tuesday so they weren't exactly slammed. I finished half my food and asked for a box and Dave went into the stockroom - vaped into the to go box and all over the back stock - then handed me a container. Ten minutes later we had to ask for the bill. If you are one of the 60-70 year old regulars you may get attention. But for any other patrons - I would not recommend this place. Their food is mediocre at best - but the staff is just horrible and is the reason I will never return. Sadly for Bristol - this could have been a great spot to go to - but unfortunately it's not a spot I can recommend. read more

Great food, even cooler venue! The place is in an old bank, it's a super cool remodel and honestly a great use of space. The time we went it was a little busy so I can't speak to the normal vibe of the place but seems chill. We ordered takeout and waited in the restaurant, maybe its bc it was busy but it took us like 45 minutes to get 3 orders of tenders. The girl admitted she forgot, but didn't offer to make them fresh which kinda stunk bc they were straight up cold by the time we got them :/ Def would go again! read more

Last weekend was our 2nd time eating here. The first time was very good, the second not so much. We had pea soup from their specials menu which was extremely salty that I couldn't eat it. I had quesadillas which were also salty. They used an onion jam vs sautéed onions and a cheese spread vs shredded cheese. My husband had a rice bowl with chicken.
