We arrive at appointment time and because someone failed to write our appointment down we were turned down with no empathy nor were they apologetic about it. Kerry even admitted it! Went here to take my gf to get her septum pierced and was botched completely...the lady did a horrible job and didn't even explain everything well enough. It came out uneven, she pierced the columella of her nose on one side and the other side was way too low and definitely did not even come close to hitting the sweet spot. Had a fantastic experience here getting my daughter's ear lobes pierced and a helix piercing for myself. It was great! Super clean, super fast, and I especially appreciated the professionalism. I always read reviews before I go anywhere, but also know to take it with a grain of salt. I saw one for this place where the person complained the process wasn't drawn out longer, they weren't shown the needle, etc. Wtf. I'm an ER nurse. I start IVs and give shots for a living, and can tell you the fastest way to freak someone out is to SHOW THEM THE NEEDLE and drag out the process! Yikes! I contacted him, within hours he was messaging me back. He worked with me, listened to what I wanted, asked questions, and worked around my schedule for work. I started my half sleeve and he has the most gentle hand I have ever had tattoo. His line work is one of the most spot on line work I have seen. It was a wonderful place to get tattooed. I had a small tattoo on my ankle that had started to become a trigger for my PTSD so I had it covered up. It was a wonderful experience. Michael did the cover up and it was really lovely work. And he was so accommodating about doing touchups after it healed to make sure I couldn't see any part of the old tattoo underneath. The place itself is very clean and welcoming, and I loved seeing how Michael interacted with his apprentices. Sometimes tattoo artists are hard on their apprentices, but Michael was friendly and was giving them tips about positioning and technique while he was tattooing me. If I hadn't moved out of Irving I would have made this place my regular shop. But if I'm ever in Dallas I'll definitely be coming back! read more

The shop is clean and has you wash your hands upon entry, and they make sure to go through aftercare *before* you get your tattoo. Went here to get my nipples pierced, everyone was really nice and professional. But shortly after the healing process it went bad... I was cleaning and taking care of them properly as directed. Idk if he put too small of a bar in or to small of a ball on both ends. But the ball of the pricing was digging into the piercing hole causing it to become bigger and the skin would start to grow around it and I would have to push it back out and clean it constantly. After doing this for a few months I thought it was getting better... It didn't. I finally had to take them out because it was digging so far into my nipples that when I took the bar out to clean it completely about 7 months after getting it done.. it looked bad I had a huge hole in the side of my nipple and you could see the inside of my nipple..i didn't realize it was that bad... Ironically my sister in law had got her nipples done here too a month before me, I had no idea we went to the same place.. the same exact thing happened with her but her skin actually completely grew over the entire pricing.. she keep having to push the ball out over and over and it got to the point where she was unable to push them out so she has to go get them cut surgically. I was really upset that I had to take them out. Idk how the same exact thing happened to two people... I wouldn't recommend getting your nipples done here. And I've had them done before a few years ago before I got pg I never had that problem with the healing process. Posted on Yelp and Google maps I don't want anyone to have this experience. Silly me. I thought that I could trust that professionals would take their time and do a good job. I had a four hour layover in a nearby airport and wanted to have my nose pierced. I looked up this place and they were licensed and had good reviews, so I went. The piercer came out, said about two words before starting to try to stick a huge needle through my nose. I stopped him because I had questions. Maybe it was my fault that I couldn't understand him, but I think the real reason was because he had a huge ring in his lower lip that left it protruding out about 3 inches. It was impossible for me to accurately understand what he was saying. I was laid-back in the chair and not shown any of the materials that he was about to use. I stopped him again and asked if the materials were clean and sanitized. He looked at me as if I were an idiot and showed me that they were in fact sealed closed. I assumed I had the right to ask this and didn't mean to upset him, but I don't really care if I did. At that point I felt that since it was clean and he was a professional, I would continue. He wiped my nose, said 1,2, 3, and stuck a huge needle in my nose. I have had one piercing before and that process was much longer and was explained to me in detail, and didn't hurt a fraction as much as this one. This was horrible! I was bleeding everywhere. He gave me a piece of cotton gauze and said, "Keep this on it." I didn't even get to chose the type of ring! I'm stuck with an ugly fake silver stone of some kind. And that was it. I am currently on my way to a local piercing shop in Kentucky where I live, and I know that they will do a good job. My fault that I went somewhere on a whim. Do. Not. Go. Here. read more

I went in last minute on the weekend with a friend and we were both getting tattoos All the employees were super nice and we had good conversation. The art turned out exactly how I wanted and based on collections they had online already they had wonderful artists. Very clean. My only complaint is it seemed overpriced. I get that you get what you pay for and the artist gave quality work, but in comparison to places I've been for my only 5 tattoos and times I went along with friends... it was overpriced. Originally I was going to wait and get mine elsewhere out of state and they quoted it for $90 whereas here it was $160. I got it anyways despite the price jump because it was an experience with a very special friend, but just be weary that it may cost more than you're expecting. read more

BEST PIERCER I HAVE EVER HAD!!! I REFUSE TO GO ANYWHERE ELSE! So, I love piercings, however I'm also such a grandma about things getting infected and getting pierced wrong (it has happened way too many times). When I first met Ali, I thought I met my long lost sister. She was so welcoming and FUNNY as hell. Her room is SO clean and well kept, and she is extremely organized. I was a tad nervous when I sat in the chair, but once I told her what I wanted (I had NO idea what the piercing was called, usual customer :P), she knew right off the bat, and talked me through the process. Unlike most, I will ask questions until the person's ear falls off. Ali kept up with me 100% and FULLY answered all my questions. SHE KNOWS WHAT SHE IS TALKING ABOUT!! Not only that, she didn't seem the slightest bit annoyed, and I could tell she is very passionate about this, and she truly cares about the person getting pierced, and NOT there to get paid to stab people. By now, I'm almost itching to get the piercing done. When it was go time, she walked me through the process step by step, and gave me plenty of warning before she actually pierced me, and even then she was EXTREMELY careful, the piercing honestly tickled a bit, and was done before I knew it. Another thing that sets Ali apart and way above all the piercers I have ever met is that she made sure I knew after care (no ointment!) and gave me her card to contact her if I had ANY questions or issues during after care. In fact, I did have a few questions about a week or two later, and she got back to me VERY quickly, and helped me get back on track, and I'm healing great!! I love my double diath!! All in all, I couldn't recommend her more, I adore her as a person, and as a professional. She truly cares about not only her job, but her customers as well, and it really shows.
