Add to that the amount of charges to pull a vehicle from a small pile of snow was nothing short of robbery. The " bad weather" surcharge, and use of anything on the truck, like the winch are all extra. Add to that I saw pictures of the accident and the shape of the front of the vehicle. I was told "the bumper was hanging off" which means the tow guy allowed the front of the car to dig in and it broke away. Grand total with storage was 1200 dollars for a winch on a flat bed and a short ride to their impound yard . The State police must know how much they are taking advantage of people.
