My husband and I are really busy with work and PBF always accommodates our schedule and do what they can to make sure our needs are addressed. We recently also had a baby in the last year and pbf has helped accommodate us as we move into our next chapter of having kids. Even when we had to go to the hospital when the baby came, the owner helped us schedule the pups walks and transportation to our pet boarding facility. Zack was completely awesome through and through. My dog and another were first-timers, so Zack walked us through all the ground rules and what to expect. I loved that he doesn't force the dogs to go in the water, but also doesn't just let them avoid it. He noticed my dog was just having fun running AROUND the pool, but wouldn't try and swim, just splash on the shallow part. So he would go and get him and baby-step him into the deep side. It was so refreshing to see! I love how considerate it is. The staff is also all so great and nice. The facility is impressive and well-thought out. I love it.
