That said, for someone doing this as a full-time profession, I would have expected more attention to detail, such as using screws that match the shelf color and ensuring there were no visible gaps between the shelf and the drywall.

I contacted Eric on a Saturday morning with a request for a quote to hang some floating shelves and pegboards. He got back to me within a few hours with a very fair price and suggested date/time. He called before the appointment to let me know he was on his way and he showed up on time. Eric brought along a helper to assist with the project. They were professional and very careful to make sure everything was hung sturdy and level. The shelves had come with hardware to hang but Eric realized right away that they were not appropriate for drywall so he used drywall hangers instead. All in all, it was a very positive experience. Can't rate Eric high enough. He came over same day as I called him, mounted 4 TVs and The Mirror (interactive workout) and then fixed our table in the process. Very reasonable prices, so much so that I felt bad for adding on to the job and he didn't gouge us. He's now our go to handyman for everything. This rating will probably make him less accessible, but he's so nice that he deserves the pub. read more

Although my needs were basic, they seem knowledgeable in setting up full blown home theatre systems. They were responsive even though they were busy going from one job to the next. Till this day, NOBODY has matched the kind of personal interest, knowledge, ability, performance and passion that Ricky shows when serving his customers. Ricky truly knows what he is doing and he has really surprised and impressed me when setting up my network system. He set up and made my Ubiquity network system perform at it's peak, when others installers have only installed the hardware and took off and left me with a poor performing network system. Really disappointed. Ricky simply does what others don't for you and he always goes beyond compared to others. Nobody that I have dealt with gets near the kind of service Ricky has provided me. I lost my home in the Eaton Canyon fire from 2025 and I'm in the process of rebuilding my house from scratch and I have hired Ricky and I'm super excited from the proposal he has provided me. I will be installing a surveillance camera system, a brand new Ubiquity network system, Smart light switches system, new TV mounts, home theater setup, in-wall speaker installation etc. I already know the type of work Ricky provides and I am super excited and can't wait to see the end result but I know i will be fantastic.

I recently had the pleasure of hiring Eric for a job to hang two LED backlit mirrors in my primary and secondary bathrooms, and I couldn't be more impressed with the quality of his work and his professionalism. What surprised me even more was his ability to schedule the job on the same day! Communication with Eric was seamless throughout the entire process. He informed me of time estimates for his arrival, ensuring a smooth and convenient experience. When he arrived, it was clear that he was well-prepared and ready to tackle the task. The mirrors I needed hung were relatively large- 56" x 36" and 59 lbs. each. Despite the challenge, Eric approached the job with confidence and expertise. Since the electricity was already run for the mirrors, he efficiently focused on hanging them. I appreciated his transparency and the fact that he required my assistance to lift the mirrors into place. We had some miscommunication about scope and pricing but we ultimately came to an agreement on it. was expecting at least a couple people to show up but he came by himself...then he asked me to help lift the TV. definitely not what i was expecting. had no choice but to do it since i needed the TVs mounted...he left a few of the bolts unused and did the bare minimum to keep it up. but the worst part was that the TVs were actually not straight...tried to get him to redo it but it was useless. we ended up calling another company to redo it all. read more
