I came in for a cavity filling on the right side of my mouth but left with a small hole on the left side that wasn't there before. On top of that, the cavity itself wasn't properly filled, and my sensitivity and pain have only gotten worse since the visit. This was my first time at the clinic. I went in for X-rays and a consultation for the filling. As I was checking out, the receptionist pushed me to get a full mouth X-ray just because my insurance would cover it, which wasn't anything I needed. It felt like they were only trying to bill my insurance. The numbing shot was painful and the procedure was rough. I left with scratches and pain in my gums despite only having one cavity filled. The filling came out to $180 with my insurance, which isn't bad, but I'll need to go to another office to have the whole procedure reevaluated and likely redone. read more

You can really tell that they care about your health and not just your dental health. I have been coming for 10 years now. They are the most thorough, knowledgeable and nicest dentist crew. I used to get cavities all the time and ever since seeing Dr. Tsang I rarely get them. I didn't pay attention to it at all but it was great to distract my daughter while my teeth are being cleaned.
