This place is located across the street from Urban Outfitters. It is a tiny location, and by that I mean it's the size of a closet, allowing for only the owner and maybe 2 other people at any given time. If you are making a payment this should not be a problem. They do brisk business. When I got there , there was someone in front of me and by the time I left someone was waiting for service. There is another 2nd shop on Olive which is supposed to be bigger with more accessories. In short, I went to buy a month to month contract with PagePlus, coming out of my H20 plan. I purchased a new ph here which works. I was told it would take 4- 24 hrs and everything was transferred within 2hrs. I do have to point out the gentleman at this establishment is older and not electronic device savvy. It helped A LOT that I had already contacted H2o myself via internet chat and had gotten my pin and acct nbr (not cellphone nbr ) because I shudder to think how long I would have been here while he tried to figure out how to do it. As it is I found myself wanting to snatch the phone out of his hands and open the phone myself to insert the battery when it took him several failed attempts. He also complained about the previous customers to me and disclosed to me his businesses personal info from how much he had to pay for his spot and how much were his taxes and that's why he couldn't do business with those other people. Bottom line is that they got me what I wanted but you definitely need patience. read more

You feel stupid when you drop your phone and have to get your glass replaced. Other than going to the Apple store and getting ripped off you don't know where to go. I stumbled upon zone repair. His price was right and he said he could fix it right away. 10 minutes after I arrived i was out of there and he would have fixed it faster but i was talking to much and Interrupting. Repaired my iPhone 7 screen in only 15 min! Excellent quality of glass used on the phone. My iphone was previous repaired by another person, however, the aftermarket part used was cheap and started to separate from the phone. Very pleased with my repair experience with this guy. I removed the pre-installed screen guard on my LG G2. At the first sign of glass crack, I started looking around. I went to Zone repair. The person at the desk said that he could order a screen protector for 20. Came back the next day, and he installed it. Wasn't the correct accessory, not even close. The plastic blocked the sensor on the face, so that the phone barely functioned. Within a moment of the installation, I asked whether the phone would work correctly with the sensor & all; he suddenly seemed as if he'd never touched an LG G2 before, sensor? what sensor?. (not a direct quote). Oh, by the way he previously mentioned there was a no return policy. Went across the street, saw the correct part for $5 more. I took off the plastic and re-glued the original LG "swing door". Thanks. read more

Horrible, they replaced my screen quickly, however the placed an After Market screen on my phone without telling me. Which is a cheap, dull, dark screen which ended up cracking. It seems to be more plastic like, than glass. Also upon putting the screen on, he placed it incorrectly, the home screen button was loose and not centered correctly. I contacted the manager, and she said they would fix it, (this is before I realized that they used an after market screen), And she told me to come to their other location in Burbank. I told her, I would have to wait because the one in Glendale was closer to me, and I would go out of my way spending more money due to their inconvenience. She said ok, you would think she would offer some kind of incentive due to their screw up. I proceeded to ask her a question about the difference of screens of an 6 and 6s, and she started texting me back in caps and exclamation marks. From that moment, I was not going to spend anymore effort or time with this company. I went to Tech Town in Glendale which is very efficient, fast, and they care about your service and business! I highly recommend them. I was also told that companies are supposed to give you the option, and tell you that they are putting an after marker screen on your phone, which this place did NOT. Also the manager Karen is RUDE, the way she messaged me was rude which deflected me going back to getting my phone re-fixed, besides them lying and doing a horrible job in the first place. read more
