Everyone spreads out and he leads a great warm up. After the warm up, the class got to punch and kick strike pads held by the instructor and stationary strike bags. We concluded the workout with a circuit of ab work and martial arts then a relaxing cool down. One of the girls was wearing a calorie monitor wristband and she said that she burned 780 calories during our hour-long workout. Impressive! This workout made me feel badass! I approve.

Also there is parking but be mindful that it's in a plaza so if you don't get there on time, you may be late for class.
