We were across the street from this Restaurant. We went in earlier to check the menu. We went back at 5 pm. My husband and I were the only people in the place. We ordered the Caesar salad... 6 Asian wings... and a slice of pineapple ham (aloha) pizza.... $48.00 20 mins later the salad came... no silverware ... no napkins. I asked for silverware I got one platice fork in a plastic wrapper like from Mc Donalds. We had to share the fork. Next ... we asked for napkins... You Have TO GO find them in the back. The salad had so much lemon juice on it we could not eat it. I asked about the parmesan cheese... I was told it was in a shaker on the table. We asked about our Asian wings. 10 more minutes. There were .. 4 wings (not 6) drenched in buffalo sauce with coconut sprinkled on top and ranch dressing. Ranch dressing ?? When the lady dropped the wings we asked about the pizza... She said it was coming... 40 min out came a burnt slice of pizza with NO SAUCE on the crust and Black Charred Bacon. He had 3 bites. I passed. Sorry ... I would not recommend this place. My local hotel recommended it so I tried it. I asked the girl that answered the phone what sizes they had she told me there were 4 sizes and three crust types. I asked for the most requested crust and what size does she suggest for only myself eating the pizza. She said a large. It was over $30.00 for this pizza with sausage and mushroom. I stay in Ukiah from time to time and I can't believe I didn't see this place until yesterday. I was at the hotel right next door and thought I would give it a try. I had a Hawaiian Calzone, it was so good. I also got some cheesy garlic 'bars' bread sticks-very good, thought it might be cheesier, but I wasn't disappointed. Great pizza! Reasonably priced. We were on vacation and didnt want to go out but rather find a delivery service. Service was great. Delivery person wore a mask and was polite. I have never had such horrible customer service in my life. I ordered a pizza 1/2 mushroom, onion, pepperoni and 1/2 meat pizza. They brought our pizza out and instead of mushroom, onion, and pepperoni they put olives instead of mushrooms. Not a huge deal. I kindly let them know that I asked for mushrooms not olives. The server brings back my receipt and says no you said olives and she read the order back to you. I again had to tell him, no I would not order olives. We don't eat olives on our pizza. He walks away. Comes back and says they can pick the olives off. Or order a small pizza the way I want it. I said no. I'll pick them off myself. They are more concerned about proving what they think is right verses making sure they provide good customer service. Once the server walked back to the kitchen we could here them talking about us. While the pizza and fresh ingredient are great the staff was not very friendly and the online pricing was very misleading. We ordered a large pizza and breadsticks over the phone and when we arrived to pick up it cost 75 dollars in total. Again, I recognize that the pizza was good but surprising to have ordered 2 things off the menu where online pricing was very different than in store. The total or pricing change was also not noted on the phone when we called to place the order. Then, we let the girl who is working in the front know that we were surprised and that the prices online were not the same and in a disrespectful tone and almost annoyed we were saying anything she says "yup, I know, they probably should fix that" I recognize that it is not her job to set pricing or make any changes but there wasn't a need for disrespectful tones or an attitude we again were just surprised to have order one pizza and breadsticks and be paying so much. Their pizzas are great, but expensive. $56 for 2 medium pizzas is a bit much. I ordered delivery from the website. With a $9 delivery fee, an extra "service fee" (whatever that is), the 15% tip they want, then the tax, I payed just shy of $80 for 2 medium pizzas. That's $5 a slice. Insane. Sure I could drive down and pick it up and probably cut some of that cost out buts let's be real. We order pizza because it's easy, we don't want to go anywhere, we don't feel like cooking. I stopped to make a quick pit stop and called ahead and the woman on the phone said they had slices. I ordered and sat down with two other people in the whole restaurant. I remained sitting for 20 minutes at which point the delivery driver had come in and came back for the second time. My favorite place to get pizza in Ukiah that's from a place that is actually considered to be a pizza parlor. An independent pizza place that has more of an urban taste than a small town taste. They have a very creative variety of pizzas and are fairly priced as well. All of their toppings are very high quality. From their south of the border pizza to their Hawaiian ones, all of them are great tasting toppings and none of them taste cheap. I like how they actually have a self serve soda fountain which most pizzerias don't have unfortunately. I'm also a fan of the atmosphere inside, always clean and big tv's as well. This place is a little pricey compared to little Caesar's or other fast food pizza places however the pizza isn't even comparable to that. Everything about the pizza is perfect. They are located in a strip mall across from Comfort Suites. There is a Starbucks at the other end of the mall. It looks like they had just opened. Anyway, I needed a late night dinner and saw this place from the hotel room. Glad that I stopped here to get take out. The place smells so good when you enter that if you weren't hungry then, you would soon be. There are a number of pictures of the pizza offerings and other assorted goods they make. My mom and I were staying at the hotel across the way from Isi's Pizza. After checking out some Yelp reviews we decided to drop by and look at their menu. The food sound good and the staff was very friendly, so we told them we'd come back afterwards for dinner. My mom and I each had a small pizza and the salad bar (which was nice and cold with a great selection of toppings). I had the Greeka pizza: white sauce, grilled chicken, sun-dried tomato, artichoke hearts, red onion, bacon, Italian spices, and feta cheese. My mom had the Italiana Combinazione: red sauce, salami, pepperoni, Italian sausage, tomato, onion, green pepper, mushrooms, and black olives. Both pizzas were so yummy and I'm definitely going there again the next time I make a visit to Ukiah. The only criticisms I have is that they should brighten the place up! It's so drab in there with bare walls and TVs on low or little to no music. If they made it more of a family or groups of people kind of establishment, I think more people would be in there because they do have yummy food and the staff was super nice! I came here because this place was in the same strip mall as the Comfort Inn that I was staying at. The food here looked mediocre at best, but with the selection of food in the area I still decided to come here and give it a try. We ordered the veggie pizza, jalepeno poppers, and the salad bar. The veggie pizza was pretty good, though it was about the same quality as a pizza I could get on a train or a sporting event. The jalenpeno poppers were pretty bland. The salad bar was pretty limited and it looked like the items were sitting out for a while and they charged $5.99 which is pretty ridiculous. In the end, I recommend this place only because there is a very limited selection of food options in the surrounding area. read more

We ordered 14 pizzas that ranged from vegetarian to vegan to gluten free and all of them were incredibly delicious. Ukiah needs a great pizza restaurant. Unfortunately Isi's is not it. On the good side, their pizza isn't bad (not great either) it comes on time, and the place is clean. On the bad side, though, plenty. Their weird pricing on the salad bar: by the ounce. What are you supposed to do, go over and make up your salad, then bring it back to the counter so they can ring you up? We went with the over-priced and underwhelming Chicken Ceasar salad that took an amazing 15 minutes to get to our table. The fountain drinks ($2.54 for a small???), when we were there, were out of three of types of soft drinks, including regular Coke. Coke! But the oddest thing was when we ordered our pizza we asked for a gluten free crust and were told only the four types on the bottom row were available GF. Why? It was actually a pretty good pizza and the GF crust was fine, but why would they limit people to those four types? Gluten-free shaming, I suppose. We ordered the "Napole de Mare," which in Italian means "the restroom is around back," and asked for no shrimp on half. We got about three on the other half. Sadly, the pizza sitch in Ukiah is dire. Saucy's is WAY over priced, Round Table is, well, Round Table, Marino's is horrible: greasy, and tasteless. I haven't tried Slam Dunk yet, but I'm not a fan of arcade pizza: other people's screaming kids upsets my delicate constitution. Maybe for take out. read more

Jalepeno Bbq bars + a side of ranch are pretty great but $12.75? Menu price is $8.25 for BBQ bars + $1 jalapenos + $1 ranch = $10.25. Be prepared to pay 20-30% more than advertised prices; it's been a couple months with no change to the prices anywhere except their POS. This seems intentional with the hope you can't do simple math to have an idea of what you should be paying based on menu pricing. Olga is the saving grace here, she refunds the difference and understands the situation from a customer perspective :-) I tip her the refund for doing the right thing. read more

Being newer to Ukiah, we have been trying different pizza places to order from. I really wanted to like this place as their menu online has a ton of yummy items. We placed an order off of this online menu and eagerly anticipated our food. The delivery driver was super! When we opened our food, one of our items was completely different from what we had ordered off of this menu. When we called the store, we were told we should've been more cautious when ordering off this online menu as it was different from their other menu?!?!
