For something like scuba, safety and reliability is so important, and Tania definitely gave us both.

If you're looking for a nice relaxing day on a private island then this may be the trip for you!…read moreThis is a group tour that travels with more than just those you booked with. As long as 15 people are on the tour, they will take you to your Calebra. If less than 15 you stay local! There were well over 15 so we were able to tour Calebra. It was so beautiful! Once you get there, they pick you up on a ferry to take you to the boat . The boat travels for about an hour before getting to a private island and that is where you get the guided snorkeling or diving tour depending on what you selected! My friends and I did the snorkeling. As someone who can't swim (I know I know lol) I had a great time. The tour guides were very informative and helpful for all ages and swim levels. They do provide fruit, cold cut sandwiches and rum punch and when you stop . If you're looking for a "party" boat then this may not be for you. Don't expect lots of liquor and twerking etc it's a family type tour, Some of my friends were a bit disappointed by the price expecting that we'd stop somewhere that had a bar and restaurant but it was just a private island (we're in our high 20s low 30s). So idk I think it depends on your expectations but I was okay with everything and the service was great!

Never In my life did I think I would give a 1 Star but would not recommend this company. We…read morecontacted them weeks prior to our trip to inquire about getting scuba certified. We were told we had to first buy and complete the course work through PADI and from There they would do the water/ dive sessions and compete the certification. The shop also gets a kick back from Padi as work since it makes u select a dive shop where ur course work is sent to. Once we complete the course work, we each reached out to the dive shop about 2 - 1 1/2 weeks in advance to schedule the dates and times for the water sessions. We did not receive any type of response back from the shop. We attempted to message on whatsup as requested but still did not receive a confirmation or any type of communication. We called down to the shop, where we were told to just text them. We again tried to text the shop but did not receive any response. We flew to San Juan and arrived and immediately went to the shop, we were told to text them and they would get back to us.. we asked directly if they had availability and we were told they would check and get back to us via text.... A day goes by, we attempt to call and no response.. fully we get a text saying they are fully committed...... This was without doubt the worst type of un-reliable customer service and a refusal to communicate.. I would not trust this dive shop or operation. They should never have told us to use to do the course work with their shop and then refuse to complete our certification. Luckily Scuba Dogs next door came to our rescue when we told them about the horrible customer service we received. Just be aware this shop will not be reliable.

Don't expect a gourmet lunch, it was lunch meat sandwiches but they never let your drink run empty. They are very laid back but always professional and you can tell that safety is first and foremost. We had a party of 9 go snorkeling at Honeymoon Beach. I stayed on the boat and talked to Danny while the others went snorkeling. I highly recommend Daydreamer!!

I did my research before booking this 4 hour snorkeling and lunch excursion and my expectations…read morewere high, unfortunately too high. The directions said to take a cab to the Sugar Bay Resort and arrive 30 mins prior to 12pm departure. They advised me that the cab ride should be $10 each way and about a 15 min ride. FYI - the cab ride is $10 PER PERSON! This was not made clear to me. The cab dropped us at the lobby of the resort where we were told to wait for the resort shuttle to take us down to the watersports gazebo. Well it took almost 15 mins for the shuttle guy to show up. When we walked up to the lady from our excursion she said to us "Oh you must be on Island Time!" in a snarky manner. I quickly advised that we were there at 11:30 waiting at the top of the resort to be brought down to the meeting spot. It appeared we were the last people to arrive at 11:45. We then had to take our shoes off and get into a small inflatable dingy boat that took us out to the catamaran. We hopped on and the boat left right away. There was the captain (can't remember his name) and a 1st mate named Michael. It was about a 45 min ride to the beach area. When we arrived we were told that you can't have any rum punch until after we are done snorkeling, which was fine with me but it's not clearly stated on their website. They do not provide life jackets, only Noodles. So if you aren't a swimmer I'm not sure this is the right excursion for you. The area is pretty big and all they tell you is to " go over that way for the fish and stay this way for the turtles and sting rays". Well no one saw any turtles or sting rays. To be honest, you shouldn't book this trip for that reason only. Go to Cayman Islands to see those animals. I saw some different fish but that was it. We were allowed about 45 mins to explore the water. My mother in law had to take the dingy boat to the beach area and hang out as she doesn't know how to swim. Once we were called back on the boat we were offered rum punch/pain killers to sip on while they set up the lunch for us. The lunch was ok, lunch meats, cheeses, fresh bread with potato salad and pasta salad. After everyone was done eating, they cleaned up and we headed back to the resort. During the whole trip, the captain nor 1st mate were very friendly or talkative. The only interesting thing that the 1st mate pointed out was Kenny Chesney's house at the top of the mountain when we arrived at the beach/snorkeling area and he only told us that were sitting up front. Also if you are looking for the "sailing" experience look elsewhere since they only used the sails for a short while and the motor the rest of the time. Once we arrived back at the resort it was 4pm. I had advised our taxi driver to pick us up at 4pm so we were a little anxious to get off the boat. While the 1st mate was getting the shoe bucket in the dingy and preparing to start trips to the beach he looked at us and said " Just Chillax, it's going to be a few mins" He could have taken us 3 with the bucket of shoes but instead he was rude to us. Overall I think this trip is way overpriced. $105pp for that is ridiculous. All the other excursions that I looked into for a similar trip that had great reviews but didn't serve lunch were about $55-$70 pp. Their lunch is not worth $40! My advice is to go with another company as they did nothing but make us feel like we were putting them out and they just wanted their $$$. Never again.

My mom and I got the lovely tour guide Elizabeth. I love how she constantly checked on everyone as she knew most of us never snorkeled before- she checked on me often as well since with snorkeling you have to breathe through your mouthpiece and not your nose but I'm a nose breather - so this was really hard but it can be accomplished and it does become fun once you learn ( my only issue ). The tour was in a nice little area. The check in process was so easy and you get paired into groups with your own tour guide. I think it's 9 max per group. The experience is beautiful and so different, I got to see and swim with a sea turtle, saw so much fish, these beautiful blue fish and so much sea life. Elizabeth took AMAZING pictures and videos (all you have to do it ask). The pictures really are the best, I paid for an underwater phone case and it was useless so I'm glad this excursion included pictures and videos. I enjoyed it so much I want to keep snorkeling in different parts of the world. Oh at first you start off with your life vest- but if you swim very well and want it off after awhile you can. Which I did and swam to the bottom to get cool pics and vids with the sea turtle I was so hype about this! Even if you're scared or nervous I say DO IT! Muchas gracias Elizabeth you rock!
