Here are the lowlights of my experience with Matt: --Communication was a nightmare. He responded to me while he was doing the job (a plus!) but he was more interested in complimenting his own work, man-splaining, and cracking corny jokes than he was in listening my concerns. Whenever there was a problem, he blamed someone else. ---Cost was very high. This is my fault , as I should have gotten more estimates. --The work was below average. For example, Matt installed a bifold door. He asked if I wanted it painted and when I asked if it would need to be painted, he said it was up to me. I opted to leave it unpainted but had no idea that Matt would leave pencil marks and scuffs all over it. By that time, I was so tired of interacting with him that I decided to paint it myself. Less than three months later, the door came off the track and the pin that holds it in place will not go back in. I've been trying to get him to come back to fix the door (as per his warranty) for two weeks. Ha! Who am I kidding? I could go on but you get the drift. Save yourself some money and headaches and find someone else.

Brian came and did all the pre-work for measurements and ordering and was very flexible with installation timeline, as we were scheduling install before our move into the home. Brian had great communication in the lead up to the install, including ensuring delivery & acclimation of flooring materials. His team showed up right on time, communicated exactly what they were going to do and completed the job quickly & efficiently. It took nearly 3 full days to complete the job, but all the while they showed me progress, explained how to care for the floor, and even came back a few weeks later to add additional trim for the stairway leading up, to match the newly installed trim. Brian communicated prior to, during, and after installation to ensure we were happy with our floors and service. I reached out to many businesses on yelp with high number of ratings and assumed that I was gambling with this one due to the limited number of reviews, but my experience has only been exceptional from beginning to end compared to the other businesses. Scope of work : painted kitchhen cabinets Communication - 5 out of 5 - he was prompt with his reply when I inquired a quote, provided a detailed explanation of the scope of work, and kept me updated throughout the transaction . He also advised on color choices and has such a cheerful attitude. Work Ethic - 5 out of 5 - very honest with his thoughts and opinions, and is possibly one of the hardest workers I've met as he works day to night to ensure everything is delivered beyond expectations. If there was even any remarks from me, no matter how small, he comes back and fixes it and then go above that to repaint everything again Quality of output- 5 out of 5 - was beyond what I thought painted cabinets may look like. It almost looks brand new as he cleans the cabinets , sands them , and uses top quality paint from benjamin moore . Joe, the project manager oversaw everything to make sure it was just how we wanted it. He and his crew were always happy to answer questions and explain the progress. Very responsive to calls or texts while work was going on. They completed two bathrooms for us- from demolition to completion- in just about three weeks. And the finished product? You could not recognize the bathrooms. We are over the moon with how they turned out and our guests are blown away. They matched what we had envisioned. Attaching some before and after pics so you can see the transformation. This included moving toilets, expanding a shower, replacing the tub with a larger one, custom materials, etc. and they still manage to do everything in a speedy, efficient way. Maybe the best part about Posh- not only did they offer a great price (their quote was better than 4 other companies who did not have nearly as good reviews), but they stood by their work! Too many times you hear of companies that ignore customers as soon as they get paid. Posh recognized some countertop was cut incorrectly before we could even view it and decided to replace it because it did not meet their standard of excellence. They even came back to our house to remove and replace a single tile because it had a mark on it we wanted removed. They care about the work they do and it shows. I cannot recommend them enough, and when we are ready to redo our kitchen, they are our first, and probably only, call.
