I went inside and placed my order for a couple hibachi plates to-go at the Ship's Wheel counter and then tried some of their frozen ciders to cool off while we waited. They were taking a bunch of orders and it took about 20 mins for our order to come up. We sat on the patio and waited for our name to be called. The tables were clean and there were only two other folks there. Food was prepared and ready to go in about 10-15 minutes. There was no real ambiance as no one was there. Parking was easy albeit on dirt. You can pay by card but with a 4% fee. Overall, it was okay but we are open to trying different places.

Here's what to know about Juan Lewis : it's a food trailer (Appears stationary and not a traveling food truck) located in the parking lot of Lewis Barbecue. It's owned by the same mastermind behind Lewis BBQ, John Lewis . There is picnic table seating with nice shady trees so you can relax and enjoy your food . They serve awesome frozen margaritas! They also have other adult beverage options, as well as non alcoholic choices. The tacos are great . They use corn tortillas but you can request flour if you want. The tortillas are made in house and I found the texture and taste of the corn tortillas to be tasty . They offer green chili beef or chicken tinga tacos . Three come in a order and you can mix and match so I recommend trying both as they are both delicious! There is a little heat in the beef tacos from the hatch green chilis and the flavor is amazing . Both tacos include lettuce, cheese and pico de gallo. Tacos include a couple sauces on the side- the green sauce is my favorite and has a kick to it . Order the guacamole. It's fresh , healthy and delicious. I recommend adding a spritz of lime to it for a citrusy kick . Can't wait to return and further explore their menu!

The oak trees were decorated beautifully and there was live music on numerous visits. There are outdoor picnic benches that offer a great place to enjoy. The food was delicious.
