We started with cocktails, and while everyone agreed they were high quality and thoughtfully made, they were also across-the-board too sweet for our tastes. The Kahawa-tini (emphasis on the "tini" as in teeny-tiny) drank like an espresso martini, the Spice African Coffee was better, but the Black Star was definitely worth the price if you like a boozy cocktail -- bold, strong, and unique. The Watermelon Margarita was bold and vibrant. The Passion Fruit Punch was very passion-fruit-forward, while the Hibiscus Batida was creamy, coconutty, and almost dessert-like.
