***FOR THE LAST TIME. I DID NOT ADD SERVICE. I REQUESTED THE ENTIRE LOCK TO BE SWITCHED. UR TECH SHOULD HAVE KNOW THERE WAS GOING TO BE 2 CYLINDER AND QUOTED ME PROPERLY. LEARN TO OWN UP TO UR MISTAKES. this is the response to the owner's comment. I did not add on no service. I sent the pictures of the outside inside and side. I specifically said to change out the entire thing which the girl said ok then u will have new keys. Instead of owning up to ur mistake u are trying to make it like it's my fault for "adding"service. How am i supposed to know there's 2 cylinder. Im not a locksmith. But when i sent u the pictures expressing i want the entire thing switched out i would assume ur tech who is giving the estimate would know that there's 2 cylinders. I was not even on location. Ur tech did not call to confirm no 2 cylinder. I didn't even know about that. Ur dispatch did not call me to confirm in price change. As for the "feeling hounded" yes i felt hounded. U guys called every few minutes some of them were one after the other. If u needed payment up front then u should have expressed that. I would have gladly drove to that location to pay ur guy before doing any work. Also yes i snapped at the dispatch after she called me and i said i will do the online payment. She decided to call me 5 minutes later so yes i snapped at her. ***** One of my business front door lock fell out. I do t know how it happened but it did. Contacted isle locksmith for a quote. I sent 3 pictures of the entire lock. Inside lock,the puka, outside lock and the middle of the 2 locks. She quoted me 79.99 for come out 149.00 to change the lock out completely with new keys. I said sounds great please come out. I let her know im not on site how do i pay. She told me they going to send invoice through text to pay online. Perfect! Im at my other business actively. The tech called me 3/4 times within 10 min to see which store it is because the girl i spoke with didnt put which store even though i gave her exactly which store and between which other stores it's located at. Whatevers.Lock got changed. Great! The tech calls me another couple time. Kk you done thank you send me the invoice pls. I look at invoice and the cost is double what i was quoted. I called her back and she tells me they didnt realize it was gonna be 2 locks getting changed. I asked her but i sent you the pictures and i wanted the entire thing switched out. I also asked did the tech not look at it? And she kind of mumbles and tries to say the same thing so i let her know that its double my quote. She tells me she giving me 20$ off with the new customer 10% discount. I really wanted to argue about it but what can i do. So i let her know to send me new invoice so i can pay online. She sends me new invoice. Then the calls began. She was asking for payment and how they are not a bill to job place. I finally let her know dont worry im going to pay but i am at work give me a second to finish what im doing then i will pay and hung up. It is pretty ridiculous that they would be hounding me like im not going to pay. I have multiple businesses. I can pay your 300$ bill. This was the worst experience i have ever had. I will never be using this company for any lock needs for any of my businesses or my houses. read more

I received an estimate from this company for putting in a front door lock and for changing out a bolt that was confusing (it didn't ask for needed information, it said a door knob would not be provided when on the phone I was told it would, and I could not tell from it the status of addressing the bolt currently in the door that had no key). I tried clarifying this all through a text chain and phone call--and thought we had everything sorted and that we were on the same page. When the technician arrived, he was very nice, but also informed me that the work would be an additional $100 (from the approx $300 estimate). When I asked why, since I was not asking for anything I had not discussed with his boss, the technician spoke to his boss, who remembered our exchanges and agreed there had been miscommunication about the costs and that the estimate did not align with what we'd discussed on the text thread and phone call. He then checked with his boss (the company owner) who held firm to the additional price. I agreed to the price but said I would express dissatisfaction with the poor communication in a review. When the technician told this to the owner, he asked to speak to me, and proceeded to get very nasty with me over the phone, objecting to a negative review. He said what he'd do for me was refund the deposit. He was extremely combative and I kept asking why he was acting this way when I'd agreed to the price--I asked him what he hoped to accomplish by calling me and being so extremely aggressive and rude. I felt badly for the technician and also had no disagreement with his boss. They were both pleasant to work with, but because of the rudeness of the owner, we decided to ask for our deposit back and went with another locksmith. Our experience with A&B was excellent. We had great service, Al was pleasant and professional, and the price was more than $100 less-- $280. read more

I highly recommend this locksmith because they are professional, fast, on time and helped us change the lock the next day. I needed my house door lock changed, it was a smart lock replacement. I called and Shayla scheduled me in the next morning, first time in the morning as I requested. Next morning, Denny called 10 minutes before 8am, informing me that he was on his way. And he changed the lock within 20 minutes. We tested the new lock that we brought from Home Depot, and it worked perfectly. The price was reasonable and was cheaper than the last locksmith we used. A photo of the replacement was sent to me for approval and they were over at my home the following day. They were always courteous, kept the communication open. I lost the key to my friends car that I was working on and these guys showed up quick and was able to reprogram 2 keys that I originally had to a different ECU! Funny thing is that they were not the original locksmiths i called. I called 2 other locksmiths before me that took down my number and said they would call me back, Isle locksmith was able to bear with me and make the car start up and even after that, 4 hours after my initial call to the other locksmiths , they still have not called me back. BUT i called Isle Locksmith and it was the actual locksmith who answered, not some operator, and they showed up at my place in 30 mins! Islas Locksmith responded quickly and sent a solid and reasonable quote, even after 5pm. I accepted their quote and they sent me my new bestie Jose. I was locked out of my car on a Sunday morning and I called Isle Locksmith at around 7:30am. I had to leave a message, but they called back within 5 minutes. I requested a quote to have the car unlocked to which I requested the "First Time discount" as advertised here. After agreeing to the price, the technician took about 30 minutes to arrive and unlocked the door in under 5 minutes. Cost-wise, it was $120 to unlock the door with an added $50 service fee. I believe this fee is dependent on your location and time of day/week. Being a weekend, it may have increased the price. Lastly they charge about 3% or 3.5% if you pay with a credit card. Overall, it was very quick and easy. I would recommend giving these guys a call if you need a job done quick. read more

Hubs had been struggling with opening our front door deadbolt for possibly a year but never called for a repair. Finally a couple of days ago he said now the key won't even go in to lock it. Never fear, Gail is here...secret weapon, check with Yelp. I tried calling a different lock company for two days and kept getting a busy signal. Golly gee...Yelp always comes through I requested a quote and first five, then six companies responded. I researched the reviews and chose Isle as they had the most Yelp reviews with 5 stars and got back with a quote and a prompt morning appointment in the timeliest manner. I now understand why they are rated so highly. After I got owner Shai's response I called him and he set me up for a technician to call me back in an hour as said tech was already on another job. At 9:59 a.m. I received Danny's call- talk about timing! Don't know why but just before he called I got a sudden wave of apprehension BUT... As soon as he arrived I was put at complete ease. Danny was friendly, clean, good looking and fit every description of "the boy next door." The short time he took from start to finish was like having a conversation with a close friend. Dang! I'd want him for my future son-in-law. He asked for my ID, filled out the job order form and confirmed what I needed- a new deadbolt installed and additional keys. He worked so quietly and quickly while maintaining a pleasant conversation. He checked the keys -they all worked. After I gave him my credit card for payment he used a tiny square aqua colored Bluetooth card reader not even attached to his phone to accept payment and tip. Today the unthinkable had happened! We were locked out of our house with no phone, no car keys, absolutely nothing. We borrowed a phone from our neighbor and found this company through yelp. A bit expensive. My key fobs stopped working and I know that they have to be programmed. It cost almost $300 at the dealer so I thought I would give the locksmith guys a try. It cost the same amount as a dealer. The device they used to program the keys I could have bought on Amazon because I bought two keys. The key fobs themselves are super cheap. I suppose if I would have gone to them it would've been much cheaper? read more

I needed an old door handle and lock replaced. Unfortunately the hardware was so outdated, an exact match replacement would not be possible. Isle Locksmith answered the phone, pleasantly scheduled me for the next day, and Danny arrived on schedule and as promised. My lock was changed, Danny rekeyed the new lock expertly to match my current keys, and made a couple of extra keys.
