Kids under a certain age (I think 15) must have an adult next to them at all times. Yes, it is expensive for adults, $58, but worth it. You start with a rather long safety presentation, but it is necessary. You are not closely supervised while on the course, which is awesome but a little scary at first. However, there are workers nearby if you ever needed to yell out a question or something. The course seems to be broken into different parts, all of which begin with a climb up a ladder and end with a zip line. Most of the time, you are walking across different kinds of rope bridges of varying difficulty. There are some areas that were super challenging for me, as someone with practically no upper body strength. But you know you are safe the entire time so it's ok if you mess up. I loved the challenge. Anyone physically healthy will probably be fine, although sore the next day. :) I wish I could do this course as a workout every day!! The course was the perfect length. I was starting to get worn out by the time it ended. Some tips -The back of your shirt and pants will get quite dirty because you'll drag on the ground when you land after the zip line. Stretchy yoga/exercise capris are good choice. Be prepared to be dirty and bring a change of clothes if you need to look presentable afterwards. -You don't wear a helmet, so you could wear a hat if you felt like it. -Definitely wear sneakers or rugged shoes, like hiking shoes. -Don't bring ANYthing on the course you don't need. Leave your phone in the car (unless you want it for taking photos, but have a way to secure it to your body.) -Don't bring water on the course because there are water cups available in a few areas. -You may find some mysterious bruises and scrapes the next day and be sore.

We were at GymCarolina for 7 years and moved to RSG 2 years ago. It was the best thing we've ever…read moredone. The girls were both Silver when we came over and now are both Level 6. It's not a play date gym but if your daughter is serious it's the right gym. So far this season RSG has placed 1st out of all gyms they've competed against with 3 or more girls in that level for 6-10. They did similarly last year. I personally have found the coaches and owners to be very supportive and suggest you come by and chat with some of the parents before you discount an award winning gym based on ONE bad review. They have plenty of courts, which makes it easy to find a spot to play without feeling crowded. The courts are always super clean and very well maintained. The lighting at night is excellent it feels bright and safe, which makes evening matches really enjoyable. Parking is convenient and stress-free, and I also appreciate that there's staff on-site until closing, which adds an extra sense of security. My husband said the bathrooms were heated which was pretty cool. The park is right next to Lynn elementary and there is a ton of grass and walking areas around, including a soccer field. I think there was a basketball court as well but don't quote me on that. It's a great place to take your dog for a long stroll without feeling as crowded as some trails like Shelley lake can be.

This is a club focused on developing the whole player. I have experience with other clubs and this…read moreis by far the best. Very friendly and welcoming. They are not in it for the money. If they cannot put a quality team on the court to compete with all the necessary players and skill sets, they won't. They recognize the frustration this would cause players, parents and coaches. Many other clubs just want to collect your money regardless of the quality of the team they have put together. I have a 10 year old and a 16 year old that don't want to play anywhere else.
