I was in search of an orthodontist for the longest time because I needed to restart my braces procedure. I took a chance and called this ismile location and it was the best decision I've ever made! The secretary answered the phone and he was the most friendliest guy ever. We set up my appointment and everything went smoothly. After a month of research on where to start my braces journey, I found this place near me. Boy, am I glad I chose iSmile, they are super friendly, attentive and are really there to help you a get that perfect smile you want. The wait for my appt. was super short, they were all super informative and I was able to walk out the same day with my braces which made me so happy! I Smile Orthodontics is an awesome place to get braces. I recently went to receive my braces and they took their time no rushing anything, they explained to me thoroughly what I needed to do to keep my braces in tact. I go there often to fix my broken brackets and when get there, there is never a huge group of people. I never end up waiting more that 10 minutes. I've been looking for a good ortho to fix my overbite and I've literally scoured quite a number of practices in inwood, but this was one of the cleanest, most friendly ortho practices I found. I'm sure I'll be coming here for at least a year so I was really looking for comfort, great staff and a good doctor tbh. I was blown away by how kind and efficient the doctor was. The assistant and doctor were incredibly gentle on my first visit. They walked me through how to floss through the braces and gave me a wealth of advice on how to take care of my teeth, including a gift bag.
