Communication is terrible, I pre oozed an appointment days before and no confirmation. On the actual day, the technician was late and I had to phone and wait a further 30 minutes for him to arrive. He replaced the battery in my I phone and then to,r me after the repair it was a non genuine part and I would have to put up with an error message and not see my battery health. All for the same price as a genuine apple service replacement. I asked him to remove the " new" battery and issue a refund. Buyer beware. As an update I went to the Apple Store to be told that my phone had damage from the 3rd party battery adhesive and they would not replace the battery. Thanks for wrecking my phone. I called first to get a quote... he seemed nice on the phone and said I could come today and fix both my son's phone and my phone while I waited. (I was splurging getting my charging port on my iPhone 6s fixed after 6 months of it barely working and replacing LCD on my sons iPhone 6 as it was super glitchy! Talk about honest and customer focused.. he had my sons phone open and the new screen on to test when he says to me you know this is going to be obsolete in about 6 months.. anything less than 6s will not work on 5g... I think T-Mobile has deals. I can put the old screen back on and you can use as a trade in... I was so pleasantly surprised he made a suggestion that effectively would cancel my $100 repair that he was already half way through doing because he believes it will be obsolete in a few months (hoping this is not true!) What exceptional service.. when I asked why he would tell me an try to convince me to consider a new phone, he said he would rather have a customer for life! I chose to move forward and fix both phones. He did both while I waited.
