We finally picked it up and found that the repairs wernt done and the roof still leaked. took it back and he fixed everything. After picking it up the last time we found he had calked over the dirt and grime on almost every door. He offers a 1 year warranty but we are really tired of going back and forth. We advised the manager and staff that our keys were in the ignition. When we picked up our boat and asked for our keys, we were told that we never left our keys. Even though they were able to describe our keys in detail and they went back into their facility to look for them, they ended up claiming that we never left them with our boat. When we asked why no one contacted us about "no keys," we were told "it would take too much time." We tried to talk to them about our issue and we were constantly interrupted. When we asked why we were being interrupted - we were told that "there's no point in talking to you." My husband tried to talk to her and was interrupted continuously up to the point that she hung up on us. Very rude, unprofessional, incompetent, and argumentative. HIGHLY encourage others to stay away!!!!!
